Some minor details could be fixed. Some bedroom doors don't close well and there was only one working AC remote for two different rooms. The swimming pool was being cleaned at the time, so we could not use it, but the view was fantastic.

The location is very good to visit Monemvasia, and the view is great. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgrade to a larger apartment with two rooms. Parking is very easy and apartments are well conditioned.

Care and attention need to be given to this property. Stiff sliding doors, front door needed a key to close, crockery missing many items, for example, only two bowls.

The layout was nice and the location is just what we wanted. Nice and quiet location. Great views.

Balcony anyone could walk in front of you, and we had a dog visiting. A few more chairs on the balcony would be a plus. Not a deal braker but it's worth considering separating in future balconies.

Nice place for a family to stay. Lovely view. We stayed for a night and it absolutely did the job. Easy to find. Spacious accommodation, which I consider a plus. The nicely kept pool we did not try but the lifeguard with a great sense of humour is worth commentating.

*The kitchen has very poor equipment - "full equipment" is promised, but in reality there were plates, some small cups and some knives-forks. The 6-bed apartment had 2 teaspoons! *Attention - air conditioning is only in two bedrooms. The sixth person sleeps on the living room couch and there is no air conditioner or ventilator (although we did get a fan for the second night after asking). *When booking, it was known that there were 6 people. But when we arrived late at night, we had to go to the main house in search of one set of bed linen and towels. *It is very difficult to be with children in a place where there is a swimming pool, but where it is not allowed - the reason was "it is closed" or "cleaning", and on the last morning we heard the phrase "we will open next week" (in the middle of June!!)

lack of items expected in short term accommodation these days: jug to boil water, washing up liquid, teatowels, utensils to cook with- eg egg slide / tongs, ice cube tray, knives, bowls - eg for cereal; garbage bin; basics such as oil, salt & pepper, coffee & tea. if these things aren’t provided then it’s not a fully equipped kitchen. Also if they don’t want to provide them (as I was led to believe, then they should only do long term rental. poor outdoor furniture.

Furnitures in the rooms were very old. Bad smell. It was very cold in apartaments, to sleep - it was very cold too. There were not working condicionier. It was no view to the sea, because of trees. Difficult to find the place.

The photos did not present the actual condition of the apartments. Also, the apartments were under-equiped, they did not have curtains or window shutters in all windows, thus there was no privacy and no suitable conditions to sleep. Also, the room could be cleaner, we found spiders in all over the walls.

The staff was friendly and avaliable. The location was good and the room was relatively clean.

Everything was perfect! The location,just outside of Μοnemvasia, is great! A quiet place, in front of the sea that offers amazing view from the rooms! The apartment was very spacious and it was ideal for the four of us! The host Sotiris is very friendly and always willing to assist with anything we need.

We would apppreciate a little bit more kitchen utensils/dishes.

The location was really excellent - a quite place full of flowers with a view on sea - particularly beautiful at sunrise!!! Good possibilities to swim in the sea (blue flag beach). Also a nearby town offered a good choice for buying food and vegetables and for visiting restaurants /coffees. Moreover the old Monemvasia with its lower and upper towns and Hagia Sofia are beautiful.

Close to the beach (pebbles and rocks, so get some water shoes at a local shop), clean, very calm location, no bugs, beautiful clear night sky. The owner was very flexible with arrival options. The apartments are spacious, and ground floor rooms feel cosy. (We had one of both). The historic town of Monemvasia is beautiful and close (by car, do park your car BEYOND the bridge..) and you should absolutely visit Elafonisos when you've made it this far to the southeast of the Peloponesos already.

There were no supplies in the kitchen. No kettle, frypan , and no way to make coffee limited utensils. Some of the lights did not work. A little old and tired.

The staff were fantastic ( Chryssa especially) it was roomy and quiet. It had parking right by the room. About 3.5 kms from the new town

The property was filthy. Furniture such as mattresses had mold or was broken. Dishes were dirty. No dish soap or sponge were provided to clean them. Bathroom was not cleaned - scum build-up on glass shower door ; mildew in many areas. Apartment was filled with mosquitoes. Apartment pictures displayed a pool but we were told that it wasn’t open. Management of the property were impolite and not cooperative. When we tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund since we left the place earlier than planned, management insulted me hung up on me. Unfortunately, Booking was not able to help or resolve the situation.

Nothing was pleasing as the property was filthy, no basic necessities were provided (Kleenex, Dish soap, Sponge, etc.), furniture is old, dirty and broken, management is non-cooperative and rude.
