Be aware that terrace is not private, other people use steps and walkways through it - this did not bother us. Indoor jacuzzi had security light that came on at night and blinds could not block out the glow through window to bedroom.

It was an ok stay with a good view. Short walk (with lots of stairs) to local convenience stores and cafes. Great information provided by the host when arriving at the suites. Able to leave bags in reception until the room was ready.

With the price you pay, you'd expect at a minimum complimentary water and hand soap in the bathroom. There was some sort of light covered in black tape which made it difficult to have complete darkness during the night. (Photo attached) Understandably they are trying to be "eco friendly" they only change your bath towels every second day, but they smelt damp as though they weren't dried properly, I was expecting a nice crisp/fresh towel to use.

Beautiful and very private suite. Views are incredible. Very nice bed and facilities. Inside room was very clean. Nice people at the desk. Theres a pool that everyone can use. Very helpful luggage carrier man.

some of the things are falling apart and need renovation asap. Outside of the room. Sunbeds are very worn out, the pool floor need to be renewed. And mold on the roof under swimming pool are very unhealthy and disgusting.

Loved the location

Didnt like breakfast that much. The stay wasnt very comfortable and they dont clean rooms and change towels everyday. Also the hot tub wasnt working at all. The water was cold and overflowing

1. Lack of Towels (only 1 per person when there is also jacuzzi- how am I supposed to use only 1?) —> even if the receptionist told me this is for being eco-friendly, it is not really an excuse. We cannot use the same towel for the jacuzzi and after showering. 2. No Cleaning in between the nights even if I had asked the receptionist and he had confirmed they would. I have never been to a hotel that did not do that.. the first time in my life this happens 3. In general not so clean room 4. Super hot tub- unbearable temperature, we did not use it at all (confirmed by the technician who came to clean it the day we checked out) 5. Poor breakfast (no variety, not even asked what we prefer or if we drink our coffee with sugar/plain) 6. AC old - very loud noise when it was on. But we couldn’t bear with it off since it was extremely humid and hot due to the hot jacuzzi being in the room 6. In the morning all sunlight was coming in the room because of a window that did not have curtain and we woke up early In general I do not do many reviews. Trust me, to arrive at a point were I wanted to write a review, things were noticeable.

The views were incredible, the sunset was magical and the little jacuzzi was lovely.

The room was outdated and needed a good renovation, we checked in at 4pm and no pillow cases on the pillows or towels in the room. The doors didn’t close properly let a lot of light in. The bed was very creaky kept us up throughout the night, the room had a musty smell, smelt like drainage. The reception team didn’t help to carry cases down and it’s quite a walk from reception down a hill and nor did they carry them back up for us at check out. The breakfast was booked in for 8:30 as it’s delivered to your room we didn’t receive it till 9 and we had to be checked out by 9:30, as we were flying home. The breakfast was cold and drinks were warm, this hotel/suites needs a little more effort put into the properties and it could be an absolutely beautiful stay but needs some serious TLC for what they’re charging per night.

Everything was amazing, beautiful hotel with magic view . Sofia is a vary kind person.We will back again.

The view and the sunset was out of this world! We fell in love with the cleaning lady Maria, she hugged us every morning and made sure everything was ok, always! The beds are so comfy, and the shower was big. You get soooo good breakfast! Not too far to walk to Fira.

The lizards(?) that came in our room from under the door 🤣 we also didn’t have cleaning in 5 days, but Maria made sure we had towels and toilet paper! The water in the shower was hard to get on a good temperature

The view from this room is exceptional and reason enough to book this room! We had a beautiful balcony with a hot tub/pool overlooking the Caldera, it's like nothing I've experienced before. Very good value for money compared to similar places/facilities in the same area. The area is lovely, you can walk to shops and restaurants easily, and it is in walking distance to the main town area.

The breakfast was a deal breaker: overboiled and cold eggs, asked for tea and got cold (!) water, unenjoyable bread from the day before, no croissants despite ordering these

The view is undeniably beautiful — that’s the one thing this property has going for it. The staff were lovely and very polite throughout. Special credit to the man who carried our bags through the steep, difficult access path; he truly went above and beyond and deserves far better pay for what he does.

Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The room was noticeably run down and not clean at all. It clearly did not match the photos on the booking site — very misleading. The bathroom was quite disgusting, and to top it off, there was no hot water, forcing us to take cold showers. Access to the property is extremely difficult and should come with a strong warning — anyone with mobility issues would seriously struggle here. Breakfast was cold on arrival and entirely underwhelming. Considering the premium price we paid, we expected a significantly higher standard across the board — this was simply not worth the cost.

The view, aesthetic of the surroundings and location of the property is amazing. The staff are also amazing and very helpful and accommodating.

The room is moist all the time and I didn’t feel comfortable, I guess because it is located by the sea that humid is so high. There’s not enough drawers to put your things in, for a short stay this is fine. The towels had a bad lingering smell in them even though it smells like perfume on the surface and it was changed. I think it is their washing service that is not doing a good job. So better bring your own towels. I also didn’t expect that the balcony is separated from the unit, but this is minor as it is just in front of the door and separated by a walkway. The breakfast is not that great, the only best thing in there is the greek yogurt.

Absolutely fantastic stay here! Gorgeous location and accomodation, great value for money. All the staff were amazing! The gentleman in the reception was the most welcoming, helpful and friendly person. He really went above and beyond and helped make our stay so easy, organising the things we wanted to do, we really appreciate his time and efforts. All of the staff were very friendly and could not speak any higher of the service we received at Dreaming View Suites.
