I would like to include breakfast and to provide the potential to hang up clothes outside outside the room (there is no a central unit).

Near to all Fyra attractions and shops, restaurants. It is located in an internal path, so there is no too much noise. The room is clean and the owner, Anastasia, is very friendly, eager to solve any difficulties or problems.

There is no view of anything, they do not advertise this for a reason. They are interior rooms with no windows. We also ran out of hot water frequently but you get what you pay for.

The location was perfect, super friendly staff and the ease of getting in and out of the property was the best part.

The only thing is that it can be a bit loud at night from nearby clubs, but this is to be expected when staying in such a central location.

Fantastic location. Staff were so nice and helpful. 2 min walk from the centre and 2 min walk to the lovely iconic Santorini view. The owner owns the shop right beside and offers 15% discount for people staying. They cleaned 4 out of the 5 nights which was great. Was great value for Fira. Also about an 8 mins walk to the bus stop.

It was really noisy on Saturday night, from the local Taverna with singalong amplified music. And I mean really loud. Thankfully it stopped before midnight.

Our room was beside an establishment that does shows in the evening. We can hear the loud music up until 11PM.

The place is in the center of Fira. It is near restaurants, shops and the bus station. The room is cleaned everyday and the staff was friendly. It is also budget friendly.

Noise from the bars was really high in the evenings. Not a problem for us, but if you are looking for a quiet place, you should avoid this hotel:) The receptionist said that we would find a bottle of water in the fridge, but it wasn't there ;)

Clean room and spacious shower. It was a very very basic room. But it was clean, bed was comfortable. Toiletries included. Perfect option for budget stay in Santorini. If you are looking for cozy hotel with views etc, this place is not for you. If you are looking for place to sleep and shower - it's perfect. Location was very nice.

If you are coming as a family wanting a quiet stay, this place is near some clubs and bars which was very noisy on the weekend but okay during the week. We are light sleepers so take ear plugs with us everywhere so wasn’t a problem for us. This wouldn’t stop us from staying here again, we had a great stay overall

The staff were incredible and accomodating. Could not speak any higher of the service. Thank you so much! Great air conditioner, provided a bottle of water which was great. Really great location for the main strip close to everything you need, you also get a few discounts at some local places which we don’t use but is nice to know they are an option.

Shower water pressure and temperature was unpredictable. There was a nightly ‘Greek wedding show’ behind the property with a lot of cheering, but it finished at midnight and didn’t disturb us much.

Location was absolutely amazing. No frills but comfortable and we had everything we needed. Great breakfast in the restaurant next door with 15% discount for Edem guests.

The room had just a small window, so the ventilation wasn’t great, but with the AC that’s provided we didn’t particularly mind it. Also, as the room is close to the restaurants and bars you need to expect some noise until the late hours. You may have some trouble finding the room but the staff will guide you.

The location is very central as you can walk around Fira and be close to all the restaurants and bars. The room was clean and we generally had no issues with it or the staff.

The only thing that bothered was the handle from the shower that was jammed and couldn't take a shower with free hands but everything else was ok

We only stayed 2 nights if we were here longer it may have been an issue but the back room with the big bed got so hot and uncomfortable at night as the air con was blasting on the front beds making them cold. Also the restaurant above was quite loud.

The man was very accommodating on the first day, saying he could help us with anything. However when we went down the next day to ask for a taxi to the airport, he said it would be €40 and we had to give him the cash to give to the driver. When we went down to the taxi company down the road it was €25 - he obviously was wanting to keep some of the money to himself.

Very easy check in, accommodating our late flight time. Comfy beds. Air conditioning worked well. Water on the fridge on arrival. Good location, near everything you needed but not too close.
