There’s a lot of construction and building happening around the area of the hotel - mostly building new hotels. As such the view from our terrace wasnt great and we felt we were staying in a mini tourist residency area. The bathroom was a bit damp and dirty, also the shower drain had hairs in them that wasn’t ours.

We had booked the family room which was a nice studio room and had a well equipped mini kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Pollonia was a great little town to stay in and had a nice quiet beach which was never crowded.

The bathroom had no hand soap and no fan. No coffee pods or tea provided although they had the necessary appliances. The cleaning schedule could be more frequent as we would have liked fresh sheets at some point during a 4 night stay.

Location to Polonia town was good. Very easy to walk to the main restaurants and shops in the area. The manager / staff were very helpful organising a quandary bike rental last minute and taxis to various locations on the island at short notice.

Due to the construction of the property with tiled floors etc. tThe moving of chairs and luggage was disruptive when late at night. I would suggest replacing the solid wood stools with a lighter chair to prevent so much noise from the stools bashing the floor below. Or put felt pads on the furniture legs to soften the impact.

Perfectly located right near restaurants and beach. We stayed in the following rooms over 9 days 16 large family room with stunning terrace. Little dark as ground floor. 18 nice bright 1st floor family room with little balcony (knees touching railings) 17 nice double. 1st floor Bigger balcony. All had good showers. Well kitted out kitchens. Very helpful online receptionist throughout stay. Lovely cleaning staff.

The location of the property is very peaceful and calm, on reach to restaurants and shops. Staff were very nice and helpful and made things very smooth. The room was clean.

- the property itself is clean and spacious however I would not stay here again simply because the inside always feels damp/wet. Even with the aircon on and the fan it always had this wet feeling. Even our clothes felt a bit damp despite it being warm and sunny outside. - water goes everywhere in the shower. Because there is no shower screen the water covers the toilet and floor

- good location close to the main part of Pollonia - has parking out the front if you have an ATV or car - quiet - clean - friendly staff who were incredibly helpful

I stayed in May and found the room (15) a bit gloomy and chilly as the sun never came in The air con should've provided heat but didnt. However I didn't report that which was my fault. I had a lovely terrace but again very little sun. Would be perfect for a holiday in mid summer when shade is needed.

Good location for the town and access to the sea. The owner/manager was responsive and helpful although we never met them. My room was very well equipped.

Not enough privacy on the terrace - maybe if there are some green walls from the trees or flowers it should be great, because the terrace of the neighbour room is near and you have a view to your neighbours.

Very good location in a quiet village, but there are all that you need - a supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy and a beautiful promenade along the sea. Beds and linens are very comfortable.

The room was very cozy and clean. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful - the receptionist gave us a lot of information on the area, the cleaning lady organized even our pictures, and the hotel gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walking from the beach and the main villa.

The room size was smaller than we expected - it’s literally a large room with 4 beds and a little kitchenette. The aircon and fan were both very noisy.

Location is amazing - Pollonia is a gorgeous part of Milos tucked away for the families / couples and less touristy which suited us perfectly. Efi’s Studio itself is a lovely boutique looking hotel that’s quite charming, and there are some lovely little beach coves perfect for little ones to explore only a street or so behind.

They do not sell any products on site such as water, soft drinks and snacks. This offering would improve overall scoring.

Breakfast was included with the room booking which was a great feature and provided some good options for our diverse family requirements.

Lovely room which was well set up with Nespresso machine, kettle, stove, microwave and fridge, as well as some welcome treats! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Loved our stay and would come back!

I asked for twin beds which they confirmed ok yet they still made the beds joining. There was construction work in front view of balcony, thankfully they did work my hands only and not machinery. The shower was good but design is impractical as water everywhere after use.

The studio was squeaky clean, had a very efficient air conditioner , hair dryer , basic kitchen facilties , nice touches with basic breakfast coffee/ mini toasts and jams etc , bottle of wine etc and the staff were a very friendly local family . A 5 min walk to the small beach of Apollonia , supermarkets and restaurants etc

The aircon didn’t work. A tight squeeze for 4 girls. Most restaurants and activities are in Adamos (not Pollonia)

Very nice ammenities, very clean and peaceful. Comfortable beds. We received a bottle of wine on arrival which was very kind of the owners. A nice outdoor patio. Really good quality bathroom amenities (body wash etc)
