Hot water is limited and looks to be dependent on weather (sun energy is being collected into the tank). So, in June It was enough for 3 people, but would be a question for more people (especially in the evening). Probably no problem in hotter months. Wi-Fi could be faster (but rather good, as you will not sit too much in the gadgets and enjoy your retreat instead).
Paradise for those who want privacy in a comfortable home with a nice cozy garden away from noisy tourists and smokers. House is very cute and cozy from the outside, but spacious inside. Nice and stylish interior design. Very functional kitchen, 2 toilets, comfortable sofa in the large living room. The atmosphere is conducive to meditation, enjoying a leisurely relaxation. To get to the beach in a short way, you need to go along a secret picturesque walkway through the village. Walking to the beach along the usual road is quite far, so it is better to use a car. Vourvourou is a nice, green and beautiful village with many restaurants and boat rentals. There are a lot of picturesque beaches and islands in the area, so be sure to rent a boat to enjoy it all and visit otherwise inaccessible blue lagoons and beaches with crystal clear water.

Rumeenia24 arvustust12 hinnatud abistavaks„Unsanitary accomodation🐀🐜🪰”Out of our 8 nights stay (middle july 2023, price 1100 eur), we couldn't sleep for 4 nights due to rodent noise in the attic/roof area (squeaking, crunching, scratching, rolling etc.). The host knew about this problem, but didn't take any appropriate measures. After we repeatedly asked the host for a solution, she sent an exterminator who installed traps and poison in two consecutive days (the 4th and 5th days of our stay). Then we had to live with the sounds of agonising rodents, as the rodenticide took effect. We asked the host for a reasonable refund for every night we were bothered by rodents, but she avoided any settlement or solution. the host did not greet us or meet us at all in person. The stay at Efi's Home caused us disconfort due to sleep deprivation and rodent anxiety. Also, the thought that rodent posion is distributed around the house was deeply concerning. On top of the rodent problem, we couldn't leave any food in the kitchen because it would immediately get swarmed by ants. We found cockroaches moving inside the house. There are also hornet nests around the house and the outdoor sitting area was constantly swarmed by wasps.
The place is very quiet-there are no roads near the property. The garden is big and nice
