the hotel is located in a beautiful pine forest . we like the room, accommodation, hotel position in relation to the beach, cafe and restaurant on the beach, varied breakfast (there are a few wasps in the morning that bother you while eating outside🤭 but you have the option to take your food to your room.

Because we booked late, our room was in the back block. We would have preferred a sea view room. If you're planning to stay here, definitely choose one with a sea view. The hotel's location is excellent, right on Elani Beach. The beach is sandy and family-friendly. There are several pools, but we didn't use them. The sea was beautiful. Breakfast was adequate. Greek pastries and pancakes were available daily. It's centrally located in Kasandra, right on the seafront, with a large Lidl supermarket nearby. Golden Beach is just ahead. Beach loungers are free for hotel guests.The balcony was very big and nice. It has a kitchen and all the necessary equipment. You can prepare your dinner here and enjoy it on the balcony.

The breakfast area was small, when it was crowdy it was difficult to find an empty table. There were lots of families with babies and small children. Not suitable if someone looks for adults only option.

Very quiet location with lots of pine trees. The breakfast was good, Wifi very good and accessible from everywhere. The restaurant is very good and has a beautiful seaview especially at the sunset.

The room was dated, needs updating, as well as the bathroom, very small and tiny shower, nobody fits in it.

Really big balconies, almost every balcony has a sea view, the room was very spacious, the beach is nice and sandy, it’s very quiet, no traffic around the hotel. Very nice landscaping, the surrounding is with really big trees.

Furniture is old, it should be changed. Shower was way to small, did not even have glass panel, but only curtain. Hardly for one adult. Internet was weak, did not even work on beach that is directly in front of resort.

Location is perfect, surrounded by woods, very quite. Stuff is nice, rooms clean. Breakfast is ok.

Indeed, as everyone previously said, breakfast is very poor. There are also TONS of wasps, making you take the food to your room to eat it (there is no seating inside). The taverna nearby is bad: lacks food selection and poor service.

Location. Not very crowded. Beach was very nice, prices are lower than other places and there's also natural shade in the mornings.

The variety of breakfast was OK. There was a lack of clean towels during our stay, both for room and beach use. Having an infant, it was difficult to carry the stroller while staying in the 2nd floor. A bit overpriced regarding the period of our stay.

The food was really bad. We had breakfast included but we ate only the first morning, because we didn't like the taste of the food and the quality of the coffee. Our first night went to the restaurant but the food also wasn't good. One of our friend had to leave the dinner because he got sick and wanted to vomit because of the food.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There are really beautiful sunsets. The staff was very nice and polite. Every day we had our room cleaned. The entire place is very clean and well maintained.

Wi-Fi could be better and whole internet could be improved.

We have really liked peace and quiet nights and we loved people who are working there, everybody is really pleasant. Our boy enjoined in the pools and on the beach, where we had every day reservation for beach set. Beach was wonderful.

there was bad smell in the apartment the resort locked the blinds and the windows accept one, so there wasn't much sun light and wind to remove the bad smell.... the location is very far from the main road, the place is quite isolated

The reception staff were polite and helpful, but the rest of the service was disappointing. Furthermore, there are no nearby shops for basic necessities like sunscreen or drinks. ​The beach, though beautiful, was not clean enough. A major letdown was the sunbed policy – hotel guests can only use sunbeds from the fourth row onwards, as the first three rows are for an extra charge. It's clear that guest comfort is not a priority. We also noticed the pool was quite dirty. ​The food situation is another big problem. The breakfast dining area is exclusively an outdoor terrace with no indoor section. Because of this, the area is constantly swarming with wasps, making it impossible to eat outside. We were forced to take food back to our room, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel breakfast. The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed. With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle.
