Pool area was quite small and often crowded.

Very central and close to the metro station. Could walk to most of the attractions. Breakfast was very good with a view of the Acropolis and the hotel was clean. The staff always friendly.

We had to immediately change room to get a walk-in shower and more space. Teas and milk in room were not replenished (but we didn't ask). Pillows were incredibly thick, hard, and heavy.

The fact that there is no plug next to the bed. I have apnea and have a CPAP machine. They did, however, supply an extension cord, but it was akward having it run across the room. I had to he careful at night not to trip. It should also be mentioned more clearly that the parking is not free or the fee should be indicated in the booking process.

The staff were super courteous from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. Very nice selection.

The room was located close to the air conditioning machines, which created some noise. The door was right next to another room’s door, so there was quite a bit of noise as well. Also, the bathroom door was made of glass, which means you could see inside; in my case it was not an issue as I was travelling alone, but it could be uncomfortable for others.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with great quality and an amazing view of the Acropolis. The bed was very comfortable.

The only drawback was that my room was directly under the restaurant, so I could sometimes hear chairs being moved and, on Saturday night, conversations and laughter.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, with great quality and an amazing view of the Acropolis. The bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful, excellent location in Athens, easy to walk everywhere. We had a car and easy to park and pick up. The room was very comfortable and clean, the pool was amazing!!! Excellent rooftop space with lovely breakfast buffet & Acropolis views! All staff were so kind and helpful with our toddler. Fantastic stay!

The bed was split when it was supposed to be a king. It was almost impossible to put on make up. There were no mirrors available, and the little one in the bathroom was dark.

The pool area was a bit tight but with real estate being so precious in this location it’s understandable as most hotels do not have a pool.

Luxury property with rooms and interior finished to a high elegant standard. The hotels close proximity to everything is excellent .The roof top restaurant with its magnificent close view of the Acropolis especially at sunrise and sunset is simply breathtaking . The variety and quality of the abundant breakfast will not disappoint even the fussiest people as it is excellent. All the staff are wonderful especially Aggeliki in the restaurant and Georgia on the front counter who both went out of her way each day to assist us…. Thank You.

We were very hot and went to the roof top restaurant for a snack and water. We didn't realize the menu was more expensive at the rooftop restaurant. We drank water with ice and decided to go down to the pool bar for more water and a snack at 4pm. We were charged $5 for our water at the rooftop restaurant.

The location is excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The renovated spa was a highlight, and the rooftop pool made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the lounge chairs at the pool, and there were a good amount of them for the small space but would have liked a little more shade.

The location was great, central and walkable to everything we wanted to do for our one night stay in Athens. Breakfast buffet was good, that was the only meal we ate there. The view from the restaurant is lovely. The staff were all very nice. We got in super early in the morning, they kept our bags while we went to eat and then we came back to use the pool while we waited on the room. We got to check in a couple of hours earlier which was really great. This hotel is definitely more expensive than the many listed nearby but I felt it was good value for what we paid for one night.

Loved everything!

We absolutely loved the rooftop pool and snack bar. The staff at the snack bar were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view of back of acropolis. Loved the location to restaurants and shops!

Loved everything; the staff, our room, the amazing rooftop pool, the exquisite rooftop restaurant, the very best location. It’s our 3rd time here and if we’re lucky enough to get to Athens again we will stay here. Highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! Everything from the location, the food at each restaurant, the view, the view, the view!!! it felt like we could touch the acropolis from my room both day and night. It’s one block away from the main shopping street in Plaka, but still quiet and peaceful in the morning. I could literally hear the flag at the top of the Acropolis flapping in the wind. We ate at the hotel restaurant multiple times because we enjoyed it so much. I’m so glad we found this place and would love to return.
