Incredibile professionalism of Mrs Crissa, the manager of the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of quality and incredibly kind and attentive staff. The spa lady was very good, I had a great sports-decontracting massage. Well equipped gym.

Not much to say here. But maybe the food is ok. It was nice but I think for ghe value its maybe better in the town center. But it was still relatively nice. Breakfast was on the similar way. Had all the fundimentals but wasnt anything special. Was still tasty tho. The catering is where it shines. The bar tenders are all super nice and lot of things are complimentary such as olives.. water with lemon and ice by the pool. If I would say anytung is its a great bang for your money I would probanly just say its more of a 4 star hotel experience. Overall I would definately re visit. Would reccomend.

Everything was lovely ! All staff and manager are really sweet and catered to anything we needed. The pool and the whole is very clean. Very relaxing and If yoy are with a car its really close to the nearby town. Around 10 mins max. AC is very good also and the coffee is great. We were on our honeymoon and at no cost were also upgraded to one fo the Deluxe rooms. Even tho it got busy with other guests.

We loved everything

Everything! Beautiful property away from the noise, but still an easy walk away from restaurants and shops. Great, helpful staff - a big highlight was Stematis at the hotel bar, who was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We were also upgraded to an amazing suite which had its own pool!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

The condition of the decking around the pool is really quite dangerous, uneven and cracked planks, visible nails holding furniture together, rotting timber. The hotel have refused to even answer emails I sent after checking out when I realised I've been charged someone else's bar bills. The room number was correct but the name & signature were different. Breakfast could be a lot better with very little variation. You definitely need transport, the hotel is more remote than we'd thought it to be.

We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice start. Staff are very friendly and always ready for conversation, views over the sea towards Kefalonia from restaurant and pool area.

There was nothing we didn’t like… a few areas could do with a spruce up, like the decking round the pool area and beds perhaps, but wouldn’t stop us going there, in fact it’s one of our favourite pools

Honestly nothing to report. Some people might prefer to be closer to the beach (only 15 mins walk, though), but I preferred being away from crowds, enjoyed the nice hilltop breeze & views. I thought when booking that there was an airport shuttle.

Superb, friendly staff (Irini, Vlad, Zori, Kostas, Yegor, Irene, Ms. Georgia, Stamatis...please forgive spelling or if unlisted, you're all great!). Large and very comfortable rooms & bed, big hot tub. Outstanding food and huge array at breakfast buffet. Balcony views toward the sea and Kefalonia were superb at sunset. Loved how adults-only peaceful it was, daydreaming by the pool.

The wallpaper in the room started to be a little bit loose on the walls and it started to show it's age. The shower needed a replacement as soon as possible.

The breakfast was very ok with plenty of choices. One of the most complex until now seen in Greece. The staff was very friendly during the entire stay and a warm welcome together with drinks and a cookie added to the experience with the hotel team. The water in the pool was very clean.

My wife and I visited the hotel at the beginning of June. Tucked away on the hill with a breathtaking view of the ocean and mainland Greece in the distance, the hotel gives boutique vibes but an a slightly larger scale which is perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after with friendly and professional care. The front desk went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted and even assisted us to sort out planned excursions. The room was gorgeous, complimented by a full-length balcony and the indoor jacuzzi. Relaxing by the bar and pool was very peaceful and the service staff were very attentive serving delicious meals and generous portions. I did like that every time we sat down, a waiter brought over water with lemon and ice. I cannot find any fault with our visit or this venue. We are already planning our return visit. Five stars!!

Nothing at all. If you’re looking for a busy bustling hotel close to the beach, cafes and bars this won’t be for you.

It was quiet, comfortable and spacious. Located in the interior high up in the hills surrounded by olive groves with great views across the island. Totally off the tourist route which is what we wanted. Our accommodation was outside the main hotel in a modern block and very spacious to say the least. The room had separate shower room and WC, open plan bedroom and living room with sofas and full jacuzzi. Own terrace and private pool. Quality and finish some of the best I’ve seen in Greece. The perfect hotel if your looking to avoid the crowds and sunbed stress.

The only downside to our stay was the stray cats, if you don’t like cats then this place may not be for you as they just casually wonder about the whole property which Irritated me but other than that our stay was great

The only comment that we could think of was the plumbing in the new building, which the staff are aware of already. The shower pressure was very high and a little uneven and the toilet flush was slightly dodgy. But everything else was spot on, so it was in no way a major issue.

The location was beautiful, the views from all around the property were stunning from day to night. The main building was very well kept, comfortable and the staff were always very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was very spacious and clean and the staff were kind enough to upgrade us on arrival, as well as decorating with balloons for my partner’s birthday and bringing out a cake during dinner!

Everything! The hotel itself is beautiful! From the minute we arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming - they served us drinks and processed our checkin quickly. During our stay they catered to our every need and not only helped arrange our daily activities, but also gave us good solid advice that saved us both time and money. Over and above!!! Maria is a rockstar and the entire hotel management team was stellar! We stayed in one of the panoramic view suites and the setup was perfect….comfortable bed, large modern bathroom, cozy living room area and great whirlpool tub. The breakfast buffet was certainly above average and had many options for all tastes. We dined there for dinner by the pool one evening and the atmosphere and food were fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel!!! Could not have been happier with our choice!

We loved every minute of it, the place was nice and Krissa welcomed us with a big hug and they also upgraded our room to a suite room with a beautiful view and a Jacuzzi included in the room, in fact we were using it almost every night hahah, the mattress was very soft and comfortable that makes you easily to feel asleep (never slept in a comfortable bed like this one before), the place is very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing was taking care of us all the time, one staff member his name was Stamatis and every morning was giving us a bottle of fresh water, one day my partner wasn’t feeling too well and he gave him something to help him go through the day, not to mention the breakfast is included is a big large buffet filled with everything, one night Krissa invited us to the event of the hotel with a jazzy live music it was brilliant, and Krissa every night offered us few traditional dessert that were so delicious, she is a gem is always hugged us and she always treated us very good and with respect ,she was always there to bring us smile, Sadly we couldn’t say goodbye to everyone and this place will be missed, although we are planning to come back next year, because this stay it was memorable. I’ll stay this place is 10000/10, I will totally recommend Elegance Luxury Executive Suites.
