Everything the property is amazing, the staff are out of this world, this was our second year in a row going and we will definitely be back next year. The place is like paradise and the staff treat you like royalty. The place is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent. You will not find a better place than this!!

Incredibile professionalism of Mrs Crissa, the manager of the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of quality and incredibly kind and attentive staff. The spa lady was very good, I had a great sports-decontracting massage. Well equipped gym.

Everything was lovely ! All staff and manager are really sweet and catered to anything we needed. The pool and the whole is very clean. Very relaxing and If yoy are with a car its really close to the nearby town. Around 10 mins max. AC is very good also and the coffee is great. We were on our honeymoon and at no cost were also upgraded to one fo the Deluxe rooms. Even tho it got busy with other guests.

Not much to say here. But maybe the food is ok. It was nice but I think for ghe value its maybe better in the town center. But it was still relatively nice. Breakfast was on the similar way. Had all the fundimentals but wasnt anything special. Was still tasty tho. The catering is where it shines. The bar tenders are all super nice and lot of things are complimentary such as olives.. water with lemon and ice by the pool. If I would say anytung is its a great bang for your money I would probanly just say its more of a 4 star hotel experience. Overall I would definately re visit. Would reccomend.

Everything! Beautiful property away from the noise, but still an easy walk away from restaurants and shops. Great, helpful staff - a big highlight was Stematis at the hotel bar, who was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We were also upgraded to an amazing suite which had its own pool!

We loved everything

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

This was our second stay at Elegance Luxury Suites, and once again it felt like returning home — a home filled with love, elegance, and genuine care. The suites are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with private pools and jacuzzis for complete relaxation. The main infinity pool is absolutely stunning, perched high above the sea with panoramic views and unforgettable, colorful sunsets every evening. The food is beyond words — each night a perfectly balanced 5-course dinner, refined and creative, absolutely worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Every bite is made with care and detail. But the true heart of this hotel is the people. Their kindness, professionalism, and love create something rare and unforgettable. A very special thank you to the soul and angel of the hotel, Chryssa — a dynamic, always-smiling force of nature who takes care of absolutely everything and everyone. Her energy, her jokes, her attention to every guest, every detail — she’s simply a blessing. Also to Rayhan and Stamatis, true professionals with a heart. Their kindness, attentiveness, and gentle presence make you feel truly seen and cared for. We’ve never experienced this level of hospitality. We also want to thank Rania, always welcoming with her beautiful smile at reception, and Sofia, whose massage is a must — deeply relaxing and filled with warmth. And a heartfelt thank you to Marianna, Daniel, Vlad, Zori, Irene, Costas, Yegor — and every other member of the team we may not know by name but who helped make this stay perfect. Every single one of you contributes to the magic of this place. We are leaving with tears in our eyes but full hearts — and we are already planning our return.

We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was a nice start. Staff are very friendly and always ready for conversation, views over the sea towards Kefalonia from restaurant and pool area.

The condition of the decking around the pool is really quite dangerous, uneven and cracked planks, visible nails holding furniture together, rotting timber. The hotel have refused to even answer emails I sent after checking out when I realised I've been charged someone else's bar bills. The room number was correct but the name & signature were different. Breakfast could be a lot better with very little variation. You definitely need transport, the hotel is more remote than we'd thought it to be.

It’s one of our favourites… this was our fifth visit… great location, facilities, food, pool and best of all… the staff are fabulous, we have made very good friends!

There was nothing we didn’t like… a few areas could do with a spruce up, like the decking round the pool area and beds perhaps, but wouldn’t stop us going there, in fact it’s one of our favourite pools

Superb, friendly staff (Irini, Vlad, Zori, Kostas, Yegor, Irene, Ms. Georgia, Stamatis...please forgive spelling or if unlisted, you're all great!). Large and very comfortable rooms & bed, big hot tub. Outstanding food and huge array at breakfast buffet. Balcony views toward the sea and Kefalonia were superb at sunset. Loved how adults-only peaceful it was, daydreaming by the pool.

Honestly nothing to report. Some people might prefer to be closer to the beach (only 15 mins walk, though), but I preferred being away from crowds, enjoyed the nice hilltop breeze & views. I thought when booking that there was an airport shuttle.

Everything was perfect. The location clean, the staff amazing friendly, breakfast unbelievable good.

The breakfast was very ok with plenty of choices. One of the most complex until now seen in Greece. The staff was very friendly during the entire stay and a warm welcome together with drinks and a cookie added to the experience with the hotel team. The water in the pool was very clean.

The wallpaper in the room started to be a little bit loose on the walls and it started to show it's age. The shower needed a replacement as soon as possible.

The room was nice and spacious with a view of the bay. Staff was very nice adn attentive. The pool was big and quiet while we were there at the end of June.

The hotel itself is quite old with an very outdated feel inside. The food was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Location is far from everything, car is a necessity.

More than we expected, from the food to the hospitality, everything was perfect. Clean rooms, professional services, and a view that you can't forget. Recommend it. Thank you for a good time to the entire hotel staff.

The staff were kind

The location meant you couldn't get anywhere without a car or taxi. My room was so powerfully filled with air freshner it made me gag. The food was less than average and the drinks worse. Hotel felt very tired. Decking around the pool was full of splinters and loose boards.

Wonderful conditions and wonderful location! Great thanks to all the personnel of this wonderful hotel. Everybody tried their best to make us feel great during our holiday. Special thanks to mr. Sotiris at the restaurant. He is a great guy!
