Elias’s apartments are absolutely wonderful. The location is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful beaches nearby, including two sandy ones, and the fresh scent of pine trees all around. Groceries are delivered in 5–10 minutes, so everything is easy and convenient. The apartment is spacious, stylish, and fully equipped — great kitchen, washing machine, large hall, excellent bathroom, and a superb king-size bed with orthopedic mattresses. Elias is a truly welcoming host, full of Greek hospitality. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return!

It's a household area and not easy to reach by the public transportation - bus. However, it is easy to get the taxi by App such as Uber which requires a higher fare to/from the port/airport.

Just like staying in a lovely home, the facilities were fantastic, made us want to stay longer!

Elias Studio exceeded my expectations in all areas and provided outstanding value for the money. It was spacious, spotless clean, and had everything you might need and the communication with Elias went flawless. Even though the neighborhood is a bit weird if you arrive by night time as there are some narrow streets, once you enter the property you feel the quality and the good care of Elias Studio. The parking place in front of the building is a big plus. I will come again without hesitation. Thanks a lot for hosting me!

We only got to stay for a short visit as we arrived late, and had to leave early the next morning. We would have loved to have stayed longer as the place was thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and super comfortable to stay in. Elias was a very responsive host who helped with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend for anyone in the area, or for those looking for a place to stay before a flight. Will be back!

Loved everything.

Beautiful newer home. Very clean. Elias answered messages quickly. Bottled water, drink, fruit, croissants. Property had a washer dryer. Convenient to airport, the ferry, and the beaches.

If there was 'one' fault, it would be the lack of a view. And We were a little far from the centre to have a little drink before going to bed. But we were in transit in Rafina for one night: so no big deal at all.

Easy access. Brand new and very very clean. Large and comfortable. Nice furnished terrace. Very quick and clear answers from Elias. Thank you Elias for that. And a nice little coffie early in the morning before leaving !

The host is superb and very helpful. The property is top notched and tastefully done. Some simple fruits and sandwiches for breakfast would be nice. The location was okay but the neighbourhoods and the narrow and bumpy streets were a bit of challenges for us.

The unit was lovely, spacious and elegantly decorated. The bathroom and shower was very spacious. The washing machine was very handy for us. A good sized kitchen and large fridge. The owner was exceptional. He helped organise transport to restaurants and to the port. He was available to help for anything we needed. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach.

The location is close to both port and shopping centre complex which was really convenient It is such a beautiful space very clean and modern it has a smart tv so you can sign in to keep your little one or partner distracted. Elias goes above and beyond helped us order food and even served some fruit to our little one whilst we waited for our food to arrive he is a fantastic host accommodating and not overbearing we will definitely be back in the future

Very clean and spacious. The appartment was new and nicely furnished. The host provided breakfast although not included in the price. The location is very close to Rafina port by car.
