The lift was small and needed to wait for it to come empty in order to use it. Also they didnt change the towels every day which I believe is a must. The bathroom window let light come to the room and that was a bit uncomfortable if you want to sleep.

The staff members were excellent from the receptionists to the waiter and all of them dressed well with excellent appearance.

The bathroom was tiny. The shower was only separated from the toilet by a curtain, so the floor stayed wet after showering if we wanted to use the toilet later. And we didn’t like that.

The room was small but nice. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of food.

- the is no mirror in the room only bathroom and you cannot see your full outfit - the toilet is very close to the wall so you have to sit a bit differently - overall the bathroom is mini, if you shower the water is everywhere in the bathroom

- good location (close to the famous beach, however if you are planning to take the bus and travel, it takes a good 15 minutes to get there) also relatively close to the street with shops and restaurants - BREAKFAST. so much to eat, to pick from, sweets, good coffee, fruits, bacon …. - balcony - air condition - the staff is very nice to you

Not easy to park right next to hotel since it is a short road, but you can find somewhere within 5 mins of walk.

Breakfast buffet is nice - plenty of choices: fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, breads etc.

A number of signs of maintenance problems. This is basically a three star hotel with a well trained staff offering services at a four star level. The design is clean and functional, rather than characterful. Still, I would happily stay here again.

While the staff last year was even better, this year again I found a mostly friendly staff happy to help the guests. Great location! Nice views! Nice linens. Lots of good breakfast choices, with good (though not the highest) quality. Nice spinach pies, but terrible juices, for example. The clean modern design is functional and pleasant, though the materials are already degrading the way Ikea furniture does (probably not the best quality).

The noise between the rooms is very loud also the cleaning ladies start quite early and it's noisy. It's impossible to get a good sleep for those who want to sleep in.

Actually the staff were very nice but there were ants in my room and the size of the room was not proportionate to the furniture. The location was great, very close to the sea.

If you sleep with the windows open, every morning at 5 a.m. you will be awakened by the garbage collection machine. Very small bathroom. Good place if you get a room facing the courtyard.

Very good location, close to the beaches and close to the center. Breakfast is sufficient, not bad. Pleasant, helpful staff. Upon arrival on our birthday, we were treated to sparkling wine and fruit. Thank you!

There was noice coming from the hallways that woke me up in the morning so noise isolation is poor. The room was not the cleanest, and there was some wear on the floor.

Great location, nice and helpful staff there for you 24/7 we were allowed to check in at night! Breakfast was also great! Beds were comfy and the room was compact!

Our room was completely overlooked by the adjacent hotel, which meant we couldn’t get dressed without shutting the curtains! Our room was very small, as was the bathroom.

Great location. Within easy walking distance to Rhodes Old Town. Staff were lovely, in particular the lady on reception & the Greek/American chef at breakfast

Bathroom. It was so small that when sitting in toilet the shower curtain was touching the leg. Also would need up-dating the have a bit more modern look. Also you could hear all the noices from the corridoor and other rooms. The balcony was not cozy at all, very small with plastic chairs and rusted air conditioning outdoor unit that did not look nice.

The staff was really helpfull and friendly. The location was 10+. Lots of choices at the breakfast. But it was good value for the money we paid in October. The beads were rather good.
