We throughly enjoyed our ten night stay. We were looking to have a nice ,quiet holiday just relaxing and reading some books and that's exactly what we did. Maria and her son Ilias were very nice and helpful and other members of staff i.e the cleaning lady and the poolman were equally nice. In all a lovely holiday

The parking can be a bit challenging, as the path to get to the highest villa is very inclined. Can be hazardous if you have trouble driving in reverse.

Very nice private and clean villa with a fabulous view of the city at night. We had the farthest villa, surrounded by olive trees and no immediate neighbours on top of us. Well equipped and very comfortable for a family of 5 or 6. Ilias who takes care of the property was very welcoming ,helpful and accommodating. He brought us beach umbrellas and clothespins for our laundry when we asked him. 10 minutes by car from center of town. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property!

Hard walk to the appartment. 800 meters to the beach/small harbor. This was primarily ideal for snorkeling - not suited for small children. The surrounding area is all 5 star hotels which occupy all of the costal line giving no access to for ordinary people.

I loved everything about this property - the location and the view, the warm private swimming pool and the comfortable bed. The jacuzzi bath in the very ample bathroom was also fabulous after a trip to the beach. Everyone I met was friendly and chatty and nothing was a problem. Really highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Only tiny thing was that the water drained a little slowly from the bath but that’s the only tiny thing I could comment on as being a negative.

The villa was perfect for what we needed, it’s very peaceful and has all the facilities we needed. Maria and her family are helpful and made our stay amazing. We had a car to make it easy to get around - would recommend this.

We thought Maria was a little rushed when we checked in, but the cleaner who came everyday couldn’t be faulted.

Location was excellent, beautiful views, beds were very good, hot water always available, host was attentive to our needs.

The hot tub was not available (no plug to fill the tub...we did not inquire about it as it was not of major concern for us).

The location would, in our opinion, require a car/taxi to enjoy the area. We rented a car so were able to explore the area easily. The apartment was comfortable and having a private pool allowed us to relax and cook a simple meal. We ended a three week stay in Crete and this was the perfect way to top off the vacation.

- Parking was quite difficult, anything bigger than a compact car and you may struggle to get it around the steep corner at the top.

- The villa was very well equipped and had lots of bits and bobs to cook your own meals if you want to eat in. - Good powerful AC in bedrooms and very comfortable beds. - Hot water and shower pressure both extremely good. - Location is nice and peaceful with beautiful views over the bay. - The service team are fantastic, Maria and the housekeeping staff do an exceptional job and are very polite. I was allowed to check in early and in addition when I had a car accident Maria was extremely helpful and booked me a taxi back to Heraklion.

Third (downstairs) bedroom was very dark with a small window. The blinds in most rooms did not obscure the early morning sunlight, Lack of aircon in the main living area. Cleaning staff cut through the villa's outside space to gain access to a store / other villas. Parking not ideal (very steep, no flat area)

The location / views were excellent. Staff were very friendly. The villa was very clean with lots of towels provided. The pool was very clean and there were lots of sunbeds available. The sun terrace on the room was useful additional space. The welcome gifts of homemade marmalade, cake and wine were very much appreciated.

Property is very tranquil /peaceful. Both Maria (Manager) and Zetta where fantastic, very helpful as was the pool guy all very helpful and relaxed . Maria organised taxis for us too and from airport plus recommended Maronos scooter hire . I couldn't fault anything . The living space also was really well designed and good spec with decent a/c and water pressure . All good will be back .

Everything perfect!

The best place to calm & enjoy the wonderful view of Elounda. All the suites have a private pool big enough for 4 people, sunbeds & tables. Maria, the hotel owner, is very kind & always available to help you with any request! If you need coffee/snack or even lunch local stores offer a delivery service! Every morning I ordered coffee & breakfast in my room within 15mins! (Ask Maria for details)

The villa was someway outside the village of elounda and you would need a car to get to the nearest taverna.

The villa was lovely, in a secluded position with beautiful views. Maria and her staff were helpful and informative throughout our stay

Location was superb overlooking Elounda. Maria is one the best hosts I have ever met. The villa we stayed in has 3 bedrooms and it can easily accomodate 6 People.

Parking is difficult. Music player not working.

A very kind host, she kindly welcomed us. The house had everything you need for your stay (clothes iron, coffee, etc.). The fridge was full of treats. They came every day to clean the rooms and change the towels.
