Very responsive and friendly staff who waited for a late check in as my flight was delayed. Nice space, clean and compact. Aircon great - essential in the summer. Excellent access to the main square (30 seconds walk). Comfortable bed. Everything you need for a short stay away from home! Thank you.

We spent 2 nights here and we really reccommend it! The apartment is brand new with attention to details. There's a lovely balcony for breakfast. Kostas is very available to provide recommendations and he waited for us 1 hour, as we were late for the check in. The position is very central and there's a parking slot just in front of the house.

Only one minor note would be the spiral staircase. This could be a concern for people with mobility difficulties. This was not a problem for my wife and. I during our stay.

All aspects were considered to be very good including location, quiet area at night and ease of access. Shower and bathroom facilities are excellent. A duplex apartment that is well laid out:

Because the house is so centrally located people tend to block the street, waiting for someone at the Mini Market on the corner. It's not a big issue when driving in or out, since it's usually not a problem finding someone to move the vehicle.

This house is centrally located next to Elounda Square, within walking distance of everything in Elounda. It is set back from the main street so the noise from the square isn't a bother. To top it all off, Kostas is a world class host. He made me feel like a long lost friend. He arranged a free ride over to Spinalonga for me with his friend Capt. Nikos. I also had many questions that I needed answered, because I am considering a move to Crete. He put me in touch with all the right people that I needed to talk to. I think he knows everyone in town and the surrounding areas. And for the run of the mill tourist questions, he was always quick to respond and bent over backwards to help me out.

This was a fantastic house in a great location. It had everything you needed, a comfortable bed, a desk and wardrobe and on-suite toilet downstairs. The upstairs had a fridge, an oven/hob and a coffee machine as well as a bathroom. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony at various times during the day, especially for breakfast. The house was cleaned to a high standard. There was also WiFi available. Konstantinos was an excellent host. We are looking forward to visiting again.

The property was perfect and Kostas was a fantastic host who went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He was really easy to communicate with and was willing to do anything to make my stay the best it could be. The apartment was really clean and comfortable, the location is absolutely brilliant right in the centre of Elounda. Would 100% recommend staying here!

It was so amaizing and everything was perfect! Beautiful, clean house at the center of Elounda. So nice to be welcome at the house with the glass of wine and some groceries in the fridge after whole day in the road, Everything here is just worth the price. It was a great stay in Elounda! It placed right in the center of Elounda but placed in a quite street, so the stay is very comfortable. You can find everything you need at the place. We even could take the WiFe router with us in the car and safe a bit of mobile traffic traffic. Costas, the host is extremely friendly and helpful, he advised us a lot about the place, brought delicious pears from his garden and made us feel very welcomed. I'd recommend everyone this wonderful place.

There were a few dirty places, but not critical. The bed creaks. I can advise the owner to add a frying pan to the equipment, everything else is available.
