There was a mini kitchen to use in the room but no dish cloth or detergent to use to was dishes with.

Location was great!! Breakfast was ok. The hotel snackbar was great. Good food and drinks. Especially the food was very affordable. Some of the staff was really super helpful and nice, others did not seem to enjoy their work very much. Cleaning in the hotelrooms was good but in the apartment they visited only two times in 9 days. Also no cleaning equippment so you could clean up yourself. No hairdryer but it didn't matter to us. The hotelrooms and the apartment were really nice. The apartment was big and comfy. Ok value for the money and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Bathroom mosquito mesh broken, maid service every day (nice but unnecessary), poolside sunloungers we’re dangerous with protruding bolts, missing bolts and perished canvas ( I cut my foot)

It would be nice if the air conditioner had a timer set for at least 1 minute. Every time the door opens, it turns off, and then starts very long and difficult. Also, if you change the frying pan in the studio room and at least supply detergent, this would make the stay much easier for guests.

The room is old, but the conditions in it are good for this price. Proximity to the sea and swimming pool is a big advantage. Cleaning almost every day. Very attentive staff. I liked that the staff reacted immediately to the broken shower head.

My bed was to firm for me but my friend said it was great… individual preferable I guess.

Perfect location right on the beach, a great pool area surrounded by lots of sun beds with umbrellas and a wonderful bar/ restaurant and terrace area with gorgeous views. We wanted to be close to town but away from hustle and noise. We found it here. The wooden beach path has loads of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music, Dj style chilled music, Greek dancers… so much choice, all set right on the beach and just a 12 minute or so walk to the town centre where the shops, bars, restaurants and clubs are plentiful and open till late. We hiked up the hill close to the hotel and we’re rewarded with spectacular views over surrounding bays and Anthony Quinn beach. It’s about 25 minutes by taxi to Rhodes Town. The old town centre was wonderful. Within the old walled town you will find history, beautiful architecture and so many shops, restaurants, bars… you could spend a whole day just in this area. We stayed in a very basic ensuite room, which was large and very clean with aircon, a decent size fridge and balcony. We were lucky to have sea views. The highlight of our stay here was the amazing team who worked tirelessly looking after everyone. Food and drinks were always perfect and the terrace to chill and enjoy them was bliss. We loved it here so much and can’t wait to return.

The hotel is on the best side of Faliraki, since the party area is walkable, but far enough to have a quiet night, the beach is only a few steps, the wonderful restaurants of the bay are also just a few steps from there. For this price it was really worth it!!

The location was great, close proximity to most good beaches, including one just footsteps away. If a pool is your thing, they have a very nice one (I go to Greece for the magnificent Aegean) Parking was a great perk. Staff was helpful and accomodating, and the breakfast setup was delightful.

Cleaning lady stole money in the check-out day while having breakfast. Tourists should pay more attention to keep silence during sleeping hours 22-8. Internet very slow.

The studio needs a small coffee preparation space downstairs. The kettle is upstairs in the bedroom and the fridge is downstairs. A small waist height table downstairs for making coffee and tea, putting glasses on etc would be perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, right on the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the main shopping area. The studio apartment was clean, had a lovely view and the bed was comfortable.

The stony beach, you have to pay for the sun beds on the beach,"do not disturb" signs are missing ,daily being disturbed by housekeepers during sleep, at different times,the staff at the bar-reception could be more smiling (there was a very young girl who seemed very tense about the work she was doing) 😕

On the gorund floor in our room had tiny ants. AC could not be adjusted so it was too cold at night when turned on and too hot to sleep if turned off.

Good location near to the beach, at the pool area there is plenty of room. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean About 15 min walk to the centre, many supermarkets nearby.

Beds are hard and not very comfortable, had to rent sunbeds & umbrella on the beach, the bathroom floor gets all wet when showering.

Nice swimming pool with a sea view, not overcrowded, good cold beer in frosty glasses, snacks, reasonable prices, modern room, close to center, beach, good location, quiet, ok breakfast, bar open all the time. Comfy beds. It's not 4* but it's great value, quality for the responsible price, nice place to stay for a few days.

the shower curtain did not contain the water and after showing the whole floor was wet the bed are not so comfortable. impossible to make double bed from single beds due to the structure of the beds. greek taxi’s are not always on time. so book them ahead. no Uber working in Rhodes

I had a little accident at the stairs to the room. I slided from the stairs. It is a stone steps without banister and apparently just cleaned but not warned of slippery floor. This needs to be taken care off by the management as people who walk there can be a really having a bad accident. Although it might not happened before, there is always a first time. The cleaner should have put a warning sign there.

The hotel is at an unexpected nice spot for the money. Just at the seaside and also has a nice pool. The location is faboulous. There is a nearby restaurant right on the beach. A supermarket about 100 metres walk. The site consist of several low rise buildings with the rooms and a separate building with the reception and a breakfast area/bar with seaview and next to the pool. The pool was not heavenly occupied and enough sunbeds were available. The price - quality was beyond expectation

Not that I didn't like, like i said, we really enjoyed our stay, but some things could be improved: - mosquito nets for the balconies to let the nice breeze come in. Having it closed all time with the air con running kinda gives the room a weird closed up smell - more variety for breakfast

Very nice hotel, with welcoming stuff, in a quiet area, about 15 mins walk from Faliraki center (you need 2 buses from the airport or a taxi to get there). The pool is clean and enough for the people staying at the hotel, the beach (quite rocky) is literally right there, 1 min walk, but you do have to pay for the umbrellas and sunbeds. The food at the restaurant/bar area near the reception is very good, we ended up eating there half the time. Breakfast is plenty and good, but always the same. The staff was super accommodating, always fixing things, calling for taxis for us and being super fun to be around. The mattress in the room was firm, which I like, I slept really good, but it depends on your taste. Good facilities, air con, wifi, minifridge (which only works if you re in the room because you need the key card for electricity), even a small safe. The room had a nice balcony from which I could see the sea and relax a bit. Cleaning done every day but it s not deep cleaning. the mirror, the sink and the table in the room stayed dirty until we almost left. All in all we enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back and recommend it to other people. We reallly enjoyed ourselves. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Fantastic beachfront accommodation in Kathara Bay. Our room was large comfortable, super clean, and we had the added option of self-catering. Lovely balcony to sit outside and to dry our beach gear/washing. The 24 hour reception staff were so helpful. Elpida has a pool, offers breakfast (full/continental) as well as an all day bar that serves coffee, juices, snacks & wine. Very easy walking distance to Faliraki Bay & Mandomata beach. Highly recommended.

Could have used a flat screen TV with a few international news channels. I really hate looking at the phone and tablet while traveling. Television works much better for relaxing the mind at night.
