The complex is in an excellent location, on a hill above Agios Nikitas. Everything is new, clean, and the hosts are very kind. The accommodation is highly recommended for those who prefer to stay away from the crowds, with a view of the sea and even more beautiful sunsets, yet still close to all the main attractions on the island

Maybe the path to the beach for people who don't like walking & climbing but you can go by the car or rent bikes/quads

It was a nice and quiet place. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was very kind and friendly. My friends and I had a great time there and we really recommend it.

It takes a car to arrive there, and the road is bad, or the second option is to walk / climb for half an hour.

The view from the property was excellent. The staff was at disposal for everything we needed. Was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your hospitality.

For the people who don't plan to cook it's irrelevant, but for us it was harder to cook some foods. Kitchen equipment could be a little bit better. But at all, it was ok.

The best thing was the location. Location was amazing, very close to the best beaches on the west coast, near to the Lefkada city, in Agios Nikitas town. Also, the view from the terrace and big swimming pool with sunbeds. Elena, the housekeeper was also very kind and helpful with everything.

Far away from the sea, The road to the house is a bit tricky on some sections. And.. defenitly dont go there in high Season, vilage Agios Nikitas is pack with cars.. so it is imposiuble to park there. If you walk.. you need half on hour to the beach.

The place is very nice and quiet. Everything is very clean, you can enjoy swiming pool or just relax on the balcony. Owner is super friendly and helpful. The views are fantastic, sunsets are just crazy.

Staying at Eltheo Villas was a real pleasure. The apartment was clean, newly furnished and decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, with confortable beds and a really big terrace with a great view of the sunset. The pool was also great. The atmosphere was chill, a quite and pleasant place to spent your vacation in. Elena is the perfect host, careful and friendly with guests. We would love to return here whenever we vist Lefkada again. Thanks for everything Elena!

The property is just like the photos. We used it as a base to o visit some of the beaches of the island. We walked down most mornings to the beach to get a coffee. We are over 56 and it really isn’t that hard. A beautiful part of the world and the staff are super friendly.

No shadow for the parking place. The distance from the villa to the closest beach Agios Nikitas can be done only with a car (in our case with 2x kids after us).

The location was amazing with a sea view, private terrace, and pool in the front of the villa. Warm water into the pool, cleanliness everywhere. Private parking place.

Everything was perfect!

Elena is a wonderful host! Very helpful and kind, responds right away to any question. We were traveling with two kids, arrived earlier and she managed to accomodate us 2 hours before check-in time. That was very kind of her. The facility ifself is spotless. Very clean, organized and it has everything one might need in the kitchen. The view is spectacular - the evenings are a bless, the sunsets - unforgetable. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back to Eltheo Villas. Kind regards to Elena and the team!
