Regarding the facilities, we would like to clarify that our property does not offer a 24-hour reception, and this is clearly advertised online prior to booking. However, we do provide an emergency contact line, which was communicated to you during check-in. We regret that this line was not used, as our team is always ready to assist in urgent situations. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding local services and for any inconvenience experienced with our service limitations and policies. Your comments will be reviewed with our team to ensure information is delivered accurately and with empathy. For lost and found items, our policy is to contact guests immediately if something is discovered and arrange for its return via delivery service. In your case, as previously communicated by email, we did not find the sunglasses in the room after your departure. Thank you again for your comments—they help us improve.
