The lift worked fine but it was very cramped/small and could only fit one person and bag at a time.

The Best Western was average at best and doesn’t justify its 4-star rating — it feels more like a 2.5-star hotel. The room furniture is outdated, the elevator only fits two people, and the lobby furniture is worn and needs replacing. On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovations.

My room was overpriced for what it offered. It’s also a little annoying not to have free drinking water when it is very hot outside. In other 4 star hotels, cold drinking water is usual supplied for free. Breakfast was pretty basic as well.

It was conveniently located near the hospital area (which was our need this visit) but the best part was that it was conveniently surrounded by food shops and services all within a few minutes walk.

They didn't show me the room, so for two days, I didn't know that the room had a minibar in the cupboard below the TV. The shower was too low-hight, I had to sit and take a shower. Cleaners who were about to only clean the room counted the empty water bottles that I bought myself from the grocery store (for 0.18 each) and since it was the same brand as the waters in the minibar, they put it in my bill for euros each.

Person at reception when I arrived was unpleasant and almost rude. Had to leave at 6:30 and breakfast (included) starts at 7:30. There was no one to help with some food.

No views. Tucked in a commercial district. American Embassy is too close for comfort. Too pricey for the amenities. Fitness room is good for two people.

Good location. Close to the Lycabettus Hill Funicular (25 min walk). No restaurant in the hotel, or close by. Real nice breakfast included with room.

Location was very good . Staff was really very helpful in every sense. We had a delayed flight but they were very flexible and kind. Room is good not quite suitable for 4 adults . Breakfast was in good quality for taste however it's not comfortable to have breakfast in the room because there is not enough chairs and table space to place the tray . .

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it is the location—it’s just a short 10-minute walk to the metro, though it feels even quicker. Plus, the 5-day metro ticket is only €8.90, which saved us so much on travel! There are also some adorable coffee shops and cozy pubs just five minutes away, perfect for a relaxing evening. The hotel itself is great—our bed was super comfortable, and we slept really well. We also had a cute little balcony, which was a lovely touch! The TV had a good selection of movies and news channels, and breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of options. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful, which made our stay even better!
