We really enjoyed our stay here! After a rough ferry ride, Maria greeted us with kindness and even upgraded our room, which was the perfect surprise we needed. The room was super comfy, breakfast was tasty, and overall it was just a lovely place to stay. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald's Connection Suites in Karterados. Maria was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. She assisted us in arranging transportation and provided information about the bus schedules, which made getting around much easier. On top of that, she gave us a room upgrade that allowed us to rest really well. The outdoor pool and the private jacuzzi in the room were an absolute treat. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience!

The shower was a bit challenging to navigate, it was hard to have hot water and good pressure simultaneously.

The room was beautiful, super modern and chic. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy our stay. The private hot tub was awesome! Breakfast was great too!

It was a small little hotel but beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Maria welcomed us upon arrival. Gave us lots of information of where to go and what to do..the weather was bad the day we arrived and we only had one night so it was perfect. Maria brought breakfast to our room and wow! So much for brekkie..you would be full Maria booked trips and taxis for us. She couldn't do enough for us. I will be back

My sister and I stayed for 7 days, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. A very special thank you goes to Maria, the heart and soul of this place. She’s more than a manager – she’s a miracle worker. There is no such thing as impossible with her. Whether it was organizing last-minute plans, recommending hidden gems around the island, or simply making sure we felt truly at home, she did it all with grace, warmth, and a smile. The views were breathtaking, the room was perfect, and the energy of the place made every sunrise and sunset feel like a celebration. This wasn’t just a stay – it was an experience, filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Can’t say a bad word about the place.

We stayed at Emerald for one night before flying home after a long week full of wedding events. For a couple who needed an easy and relaxing 24 hours, this place was perfect. Maria the receptionist/host was amazing and very friendly. We were placed in a new room upon arrival which was an upgrade and the facilities rounded off our holiday in great fashion that we are very grateful for. The breakfast also was very good and gave a lot of variety which we happily ate all up to start our day. Our only regrets is that we didn’t get to stay a bit longer than one night as the area was very scenic and away from the more lively Thira town.
