-The walls are pretty thin and you can hear pretty much everything, if you are lite sleeper, I recommend beer Mythos in the loby. -It is probably the only restaurant with play area and animators, since after 19:00h. It is almost impossible to find free space and people line up all the time. -The food is really good and fresh,but it is limited to pizzas, pasta and chicken aperitives. I mean lack of sea food in a Greek restaurant is kinda offensive to the Greek cuisine :D. -The parking of the hotel is further away then the beach is, but that's not a problem, since who wants to drive, when you can be siping margaritas on the beach?!

-The location is perfect, 1 minute from the beach and 1 minute from the shops. -It has children play area with animator, so if you decide to eat at the hotel restourant and have children, you can leave them to the superb care of the staff. -It is really clean, they clean the rooms daily and change the sheets and towels. -The staff is really helpful and friendly. - It has free parking that is gate protected.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful with local tips. We loved the location—close to the beach, restaurants. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

A single switch to turn on the ventilator in the bathroom, the light in the bathroom and a light outside of bathroom, which was a bit annoying especially at night, with the unnecessary amount of noise and light.

Excellent location in the city centre, 2 minutes from the beach with plenty of restaurant options nearby. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a good restaurant and reasonable prices. The owners/staff were amazing, super friendly, helpful and kind.

The bathroom was not refurbished and had a specific smell. There was no place to hang the shower.

The location is perfect for families with children and for elderly who don’t like walking a lot. The hotel has a Pizza downstairs with kids playground.

We are pleased to stay at this hotel! Great location, nice and clean room (and wonderful balcony!). The main square is in front of the hotel, but room is quiet. Personnel are nice and helpful. 3 min to the beach. Reasonable price for staying!

If you have room facing the square, could be a bit noisy in the evening.

The hotel is really cosy. There is nice, clean and well equipped room. And the hotel offers free bottle of water, instant coffee and tea in the room. There is large bathroom, and large balcony. The room is not large, but efficiently furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location, just to the center of Nea Kallikratia, where lots of people are spending time in the evening. The beach is in 100 m, supermarket Masoutis in 350 m, Discount Markt in 600 m, Lidl in 1.8 km.

The only thing I can say about the property is there was no hot water our entire stay taking a cold shower wasn’t cool i other than that everything was great.

The property is close to everything you will need, just park your car and go.

The location - it is located in the center of the village and very close to shops, taverns and beach bars. The hotel has its own parking spot. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was very polite. Also the hotel has a dedicated children playground.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Nea Kallikratia. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the center, 3 minutes walk to the beach. The room was cleaned every day. Very nice girl at the reception. If we go on vacation to Nea Kallikratia, then only to this hotel. I recommend it to everyone. And I sincerely wish the hotel and its staff good luck in their future business.

The location is great and the free parking option was amazing because it is a crowded little town and it would’ve taken a bit of luck getting a spot there. Other than that the room was nice and the staff were helpful with whatever you need.

A/C and toilet could be improved. A/C is in the bedroom only, blowing directly on the bed. It can hardly cool off the living room, unless you have it on max all day and night. Shower is not fully closed, so the water spills all over the bathroom floor even if you are careful. Also, wall mounted holder could be useful. To flush the toilet ball is so hard, especially if you have nails, also kids can't do it. Fridge is so tiny and was leaking a bit...

Location is superb, if you don't mind just a bit of late-night noise from the outside. Grocery shop is across the road, park with a playground for kids and a walking zone where you can find many shops and restaurants. Beach is just there, 20m away. There is a kids playroom in the hall and a decent restaurant with reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and polite, rooms were cleaned daily.

It was really warm in the room with the twin beds, the A/C was in the double room. There were not mosqito nets.
