We booked a two bedroom room with balcony which was located in a halfway, so it was not so nice view from our room.

We really like the view of main property and swimming pool. The staff was professional and wery polite.

The breakfast wasn’t anything special and the rooms don’t look exactly like what they do in the photos but still a very nice stay

Elder woman at the reception seems fed up and was a bit rude. Later she was seen yelling to probably her colleague about something and threw cleaning tool on the floor in public area, there was a lot of cleaning after storm but should consider clients Who might felt off of that type behaviour. Pool was unusable after storm and in need of change the water. Indoor jacuzzi did not work well

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and the bar closed early 10pm so could not purchase drinks after this.

Shower! There’s a curtain in a very strange place which sticks to you when you take shower! And a lot of water comes to the room from air conditioner…

Steep hill up from the beach, which was difficult in the 34°heat, but not a huge problem

Not ideal for small babies in a pram, it's a hike up some steep hills with many steps it was a though few days and our apartment was on the top floor with no elevator to our room two flights of stairs was the only option.

Breakfast was delicious- the best we had of the 3 places we stayed at on Santorini. It was a great selection that changed and the tree covered terrace where you sit was lovely. The pool area was lovely with views out over the sea beyond. Easy walk to the quiet end of the beach. Quiet and nice to be higher up. Loved the hot tub with views. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Originally we didn't get the room we paid for, 2 out of 3 nights we were a significant room below what our booking stated. I would recommend if you want a private room with sea view and jet tub you ask for room 126 otherwise you will get a much smaller room with an awful shower over bath with a mouldy shower curtain and every man and his dog walking past to gawk at you. The first picture is the lesser value room, which we initially got, the second is what we actually paid for (a world between) unfortunately only had 1 night here after we complained it was not as advertised. When you work hard and only have a short holiday, this is very disappointing.

Great hospitality from Vasillis and the team when we eventually got the room we paid for, it was wonderful. But its very disappointing we mostly got ripped off by the booking manager.

Our room didnt have any view at all - literally facing the wall, people passed by the balcony, which made it also dark and not so cosy as i expected. Was not good to us, who spent in the room much time. Room was stylish, but in hotel's presentation i saw just pictures of luxurious options, so the basic room was disappointment.

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful large pool with superb service, stunning view to the Sea, close to Kamari beach, polite guests, pingpong and billiard room, amazing rich breakfast under lovely shadow of old tree.
