Clean and modern suite

We were really happy with our stay at Epsilon Studios! The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the center of Tsilivi. You’re just outside the busy center, so it’s quiet and peaceful, but you can get to the restaurants and shops in no time if you want. The place was very clean, and a big plus is that cleaning is done every two days (or even daily if you ask), with fresh towels provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we loved having our own little private terrace at the front of our studio. There’s a small supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which is great for quick shopping, and there’s also a really nice restaurant right next door. The owner was very friendly and met us in person to hand over the key card, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Another bonus: only 15 minutes’ drive from the airport, plus a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube.

The only small downside was the shower — there’s no raised edge or tray, so the water spreads across the entire bathroom floor when you use it, which can be a bit inconvenient. That’s the only thing we would improve. Other than that, we didn’t miss a thing. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment for a long stay, provides refrigerator, washing machine, iron, terrace, air conditioning, basically everything you might need. We liked the little treats and the wine left as welcome gifts. The location is perfect- 100 m from the beach but quiet, away from the main busy street. Free parking available as well.

The space is well organised with a small kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need. The AC worked well, the shower water pressure was excellent. Great location , walking distance to the main strip with restaurants, supermarkets and shops but quiet enough at night. Parking at rear of property

Only one card that controls the power and AC inside the unit, so make sure when you are sitting outside on your terrace that you don’t lock yourself out!

Epsilon studios was absolutely amazing! We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The studio was clean, modern and 1 minute walk from the beach and a street away from the main road of Tsilivi. The owner was also so helpful and was so quick to respond. I have nothing bad to say and I would highly recommend!!

It was in a great location, was very clean and comfortable.

Even though it was very near the beach the apartments didn't overlook the beach.

Beautiful 1 bed apartment, very new, very clean, great shower and very comfortable bed. Loved the covered balcony, which came in handy during the autumn rain storms. Nice outlook from the balcony over olive trees and even a tiny sea view through the trees that I wasn't expecting! Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and main road, the fun train, bus stop and close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, though it is a lovely quiet location. Felt very safe walking around on my own. The hosts were very helpful and accommodated my requests for an earlier entry and slightly later checkout to fit around my flights. Also organised a taxi to the airport for me. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival of olive oil, wine and snacks, which was much appreciated. Regular cleaning and changing of bed/towels. Good air con. I really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend Epsilon Studios for your holiday in Tsilivi.

The location was excellent very close to the beach, and also liked that it had a parking space just outside the room

the staff was wonderful. They always helped and fulfilled our needs. the rooms were very good and were cleaned every day.
