In bathroom was moisture and mildew. Light is very low, there was a fan but it was small. Cleaning was poor. Nobody from cleaning service, clean the apartment during entire period, we clean our self. The bed was dismantled in the bedroom , I need to fix it before sleep in the first night. I recommend to invest a bit in the apartment facilities before next rent.

Hosts are kind and welcoming with us and our needs, in special that they are waiting to us when we arrive in the middle of the night. Washing machine available. Access to pool, garden , play zone for kids.

First floor rooms have windows just to the bar, and this is a bit inconvenient.

It located on the side of Kallithea, but since Kallitea is a small village it is not an issue. 1 km to the beach and 400 m to Kritikos supermarket, 750 m to Masoutis supermarket. The root is spacious, with balconies, or space in front of the room for a first floor rooms. There is good equipped kitchen, which unfortunately lack table knives, but there are two frying pans and kettle. There are two beds, and spacious bathroom. Two tables with electric sockets, but unfortunately no sockets next to bed. Everything is clean. The hotel has a cosy bar in the middle and also a nice small pool.

The Wi-Fi signal was very low in the room. Everywhere else was good, except for in the room for some reason, but it wasn't a big deal. We were rarely in the room.

It was very quiet. The host was kind and even pointed out good restaurants in the city.

We had to pay 5€ per person per night in taxes, eventhough it said on Booking that all taxes were covered in the price. The pool was cleaned on the day we came so we couldnt use it. It was clean the day after but after that it was again really dirty and unusable. The billiard table was taped together and the sticks were awful. There were ants all over one balcony, couldnt use it at all. 1 matress was quite uncomfortable, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was quite old and rusty. There wasnt enough glasses for everyone, the fridge’s freezer didnt close, some of the sheets were stained, there were bugs (spiders and ants).

The welcoming staff were exceptional. Always there to help and keep you happy. They always had time for a chat and happy to recommend places. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Khalitea, Greece. The apartment was equipped with an efficient air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable and cool atmosphere even during the warmest days. The size of the apartment was just right – spacious enough to provide ample living space, yet cozy enough to create a warm and inviting ambiance. Nothing special about the place.It's alright just for a shower and a sleep.Needs a bit of a boost/renovation.I would add more equipment in the kitchen. I would extend the checkout time.11am is quite early considering the fact that Kallithea has an amazing night life.We found the reservation from a cancellation so the price was quite affordable for August but mainly the accommodation in Chalkidiki is insane.

I would choose it again,nice accommodation,just right next to the centre,the reception gave us a later checkout,much appreciated.

Erifili House is an excellent place to stay while visiting Halkidiki. It provides close and easy access to Kallithea centre, as well as a range of facilities like a table tennis table, billiards table, swimming pool, and bar. Our room was spacious, and included a fully equipped and functional kitchen, TV, and a washing machine too. The BEST thing about Erifili House is that it is family owned and run, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. It was really nice that they could make any reservations for us to visit any nearby clubs and beaches.

We had a problem with the Ac, they were turning of the electricity everyday just in our room. The host was amazing but we had a one time problem with him, he entered our room without our permission when we were sleeping. He didn’t tell us what time we were supposed to change rooms so we weren’t informed.

Nothing really, but shower could use some renovation and ventilation. It is also worth noting that it is a bit on a uphill, so older / less fit people would find it a bit challenging to go up and down without a car.

Family run aparthotel, very friendly host. Great value for money. Got upgraded to a room with pool access (although I did not use it). All in all highly recommended for a short stay in Kallithea.
