The breakfast was terrible and the kitchen utilities were not clean (!). They also overcharged us for two bottles of water (500ml).

The beds were really comfortable and the room was quiet and well equipped. The staff who welcomed us were helpful and kind.

To begin with, we had the warmest welcome from the lovely staff at Esperia, they were so kind, friendly and accommodating and always there to help with anything. We got to our room and we thought how lucky we were! Nice, clean and spacious with working air conditioning and a nice big mirror for getting ready. The pool area had comfy loungers and a great hotel bar with very well priced drinks and a large selection of food which was all tasty. We really cannot fault Esperia, we would definitely come again and the staff were just brilliant and so friendly and helpful. Many thanks for making our stay amazing!

The ONLY thing I didn't like is that I didn't stay there longer.

Compared with the Majestic which was allegedly a four star hotel the difference was clear! We were greeted by the staff offered complimentary drinks which was a nice touch! The staff were warm and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us and even made breakfast after the time had gone! Nicole and her staff were so helpful in assisting us with our journey to the airport! I look forward to seeing them next year

The rooms are not that clean, if you are thinking to visit with a kid, its a bit annoying to see the towels gray and the bed sheets with marks. Old furniture, small bathroom, old airconditioning, we stayed at the last floor and it was super hot. The youngsters can be a bit noisy

This hotel is definitely not for any light sleepers or family's, the guest are almost only young pp in their 20s, and they lounge and noise from 10pm until 5-6 Alcock in the morning, there is constantly banging of door all night, this is to no fault of the staff or hotel. It's simply that kind of guests there, the breakfast was very basic, l only went once as it's not really worth it. And the pool is full of young 20y old all day, so if you want to relax this is definitely not a stay for you.

the TV was very old, only had one english speaking channel & no ability to watch netflix/screen share. the beds were so uncomfortable & the staff were very strict about who could come in & out of the hotel (no alcohol in rooms?) the pool bar was average & the drinks were terrible- very cheap though so you get what you pay for. aircon also didn’t go below 22

The manager was extremely weird. He make weird comments to young girls. He harrased my girlfriend and when we spoke to him the next day he denied it all. Many other women agreed that he was being weird to them and making them uncomfortable!

Christina the bar lady was lovely woman. The pool seemed clean and the location is excellent.
