When we stayed the wifi was not working inside the rooms, only outside/ in the foyer.

15-20 minutes away from Troulos beach on foot, 20-30 min away from Agia Paraskevi on foot, instant trip with the bus in both directions and 15 mins away from Koukounaries beach with a bus ride. Right across from a very good restaurant (Casalingo) It has a nice foyer for spending down time. The rooms are ok for shorter stays. The host is nice and helpful.

Just more cutlery

Stayed here in 19th June 2024, for a week in the Deluxe Double room, and yes the room is basic , It could certainly do with more cutlery and plates as would not be enough for a family but okay for me. I had a little table and chairs outside The room was spotlessly clean and the cleaners came in everyday. and clean Towels. My shower was really lovely and modern and the bed was so comfortable. My room was quite large much larger than your basic hotel room and had a sofa. The sofa could do with some back cushions on it , but other than that. I really like my room and had a great stay here and would definitely go back. Loucas the host, what a lovely young gentleman he is, so approachable friendly and helpful. Perfect location, right opposite bus-stop 18, 10 min walk to Troulos beach and supermarket bakery particularly on your doorstop. Dispute people saying there was no soap. I had a complimentary shower gel and shampoo. I think it was value for the money, I really do not know what people except for the money they pay.!! Most places in troulous are much more expensive. Excellent size one bedroom apartment with a comfy double bed and seating area. A/C, terrace area with bench style seats and table perfect for meals/drinks on the terrace. Fantastic owners who will go out of their way to assist in anyway. In a great location opposite the bus stop if you want to go to town. 15 min walk to the beach. Across the road to a pool which you can use if you buy food/drinks.

The hotel is located very close to the supermarkets, tavernas and about 10 minute walking distance from the beach. It had plenty of parking and it was a nice size room with a small kitchen and large balcony.

Having to come home There's nothing not to like, the place is a little gem. I cant think of anything not to like. The kitchen consisted of a kettle, electric hob and fridge but it was sufficient for myself.

Right opposite bus stop 18 Clean, spacious, comfortable room with a patio terrace with bench seating a table and large airer boarderd by a hedge home to a cheeky gecko. Fruit trees, and communal seating. 2 super markets, car rental, a number of excellent eateries & Totem music bar all steps from the establishment with no disturbance of noise. Fantastic beach a few minutes walk away If this place is available book it! I had an issue with my suitcase and the owner was extremely helpful fixing the problem. Both himself and the maid went above and beyond on several occasions.

There was a road nearby which requires during the night to sleep on AC.

Very hospitable place and the owner are very helpfull. The place is clean and close to the beach so you have all you need nearby. Perfect location to reach almost everyting on the island without too much driving.

The description on Booking.com is full of inaccuracies. There is no onsite snack bar or bar; there is no safety deposit box in the room; there is no communal lounge area; there is no smoke alarm or fire extinguisher, nor any fire safety instructions in the room; there is no minimarket on site; we had to ask to have a 2nd roll of toilet paper; neither soap nor washing up liquid were provided, although I had checked via Booking.com beforehand, and was told they would be provided (Apostolos kindly gave us some washing up liquid when we asked though); the room hadn't been prepared for our arrival - the fridge wasn't even plugged in, but when we plugged it in ourselves it didn't work, and it didn't have any shelves in it. There were 2 light bulbs that didn't work, the air-con didn't work, we had only 1 fork and 1 teaspoon, and when we first turned on the shower, it emitted a huge spray of rust. The bed sheet was far too small for the size of the bed, and wasn't big enough to cover us. Clearly the room wasn't checked in advance of our arrival, and can't have been occupied for some time. Although the floor was mopped and some bleach poured down the toilet every day, no other cleaning was done during our stay, and the kitchen area wasn't cleaned at all. The clothes airer and dish draining rack were both so rusty they couldn't be used, and the kitchen cupboards smelled horribly damp. Apostolos did sort out everything we brought to his attention, always with very good grace, but it was embarrassing and inconvenient having to contact him so often to report so many issues.

The location is good, very handy for the bus stop, supermarket and tavernas. Although there wasn't usually anyone on site to help with any issues, Apostolos was very contactable by phone/WhatsApp, and always answered my messages promptly, and cheerfully and promptly sorted out issues when we raised them. He was always very polite and friendly.
