We completely enjoyed our stay at Essentia. The hotel is new, nice and clean. The beds were confortable and the cleaning was done daily and well. The staff is also very friendly. Don’t miss the Agorastos Tavern, which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and is a great choice for food and the view.

The mattress was quite soft for my wife and I. Very good quality, but it was just too soft for our taste.

The position was great, the room was very nicely furnished and breakfast was great, with an amazing seaview from the terrace. The place was very clean and decorated with very good taste, combining the classic greek style with modern touches. It's a great place to spend a few days, no doubt!

So, it is a newly opened location that by design and price is intended to be luxury. In the 7 full days (they do not put check in and check out) they only cleaned the room for 4 days. They started out strong to impress, the first few days, then no cleaning, no towel change, nothing for 3 days. They clean in spurts. One evening, due to the wind, the planters on the balcony fell without being caught/secured (if someone was on the balcony, an adult or child would be left with serious physical injuries, especially for the child). I had to insist that they fix it and catch them with collars. For 3 nights we had hellish noise from the neighbors to the left and right of our room, until 12:00 at night (stereo noise). For breakfast, on the first day, just some mini sandwiches on a stick, only bread, something that imitated an omelet (in the form of 5x5cm squares), some salad put straight from the bag in a bowl, some crackers, breadsticks, the same, tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl, as if put out to cool. Then they added the famous Greek pies, which you can also find in 2-star hotels. Good luck with the coffee, which is good (but here too I had to tell them to put milk next to it. I mean, from the offer and the care to create culinary experiences that would blend perfectly with what they built, it was clear that there was nothing to be done to maximize profit (although they have a restaurant 150m away, Agarostas, and experience in this regard). Oh, I didn't have cheese (I had to ask for it the next day and received it the third day), and I didn't see any olives until the end. A few slices of watermelon and 4-5 nectarines. I'll just say the story of the check-in, they were late, even though we arrived at 4:30 PM. Then they promised us welcome drinks at their restaurant, which they didn't keep their word entirely.

The design of the room (we stayed in one of the duplexes, being the first occupants of the room), the view of both the sea and the mountains from the upper room and the lower one, the water and the wild beach a few steps away (smooth entrance suitable for children), the Faros tavern (located 100m away with excellent food, friendly staff and a lovely view of the sea; you will find 3 other tavern but Faros was in top). There is also a market across the road where you can buy various things (beach items, drinks, etc.). Koinyra is a quiet, small location, perfect for relaxation.

The breakfast lacked variety. Every morning the food was the same. Not enough fruits for all guests. No vegetables except tomatoes. Everything else is mainly dough and sweets.

Clean rooms, and new clean towels every day. The jacuzzi was cleaned everyday and is well maintained. The rooms had a very nice modern design and furniture. The staff was polite and always helpful.

We liked absolutely everything.

We had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel in Kinira, Thassos. We stayed in the presidential suite, which was beautifully designed and offered breathtaking views of the sea. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The service was outstanding; the owner and the entire team were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

It is a little overpriced.

The location is perfect - both Golden beach and Paradise beach are nearby. There is spectatular view to the sea and the mountain. The interior design is modern and minimalist.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was huge and delicious, the room was cleaned every day, we had new sheets every day. The view is amazing. The woman was extremely nice and did her best to meet all our whims. And the island turned out to be exactly our place. If you are looking for a combination between sea and greenery, this part of Thassos is your place. By the way the Agorastos Taverna is also amazing, the food is extremely delicious and the view is unforgettable.

We had an amazing stay at Essentia Luxury Thassos! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautifully designed to match the natural charm of the island. Every detail felt carefully thought out, and the hygiene standards were clearly top-notch. The sea view from our terrace was breathtaking and so peaceful. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, fresh and delicious — made even more enjoyable by the stunning sea view. On top of all that, the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming.
