Beautiful clean place with the most exceptional staff ! Very competent and friendly ! Any time we needed anything they were there immediately! Incredible breakfast served by our private pool every morning !

Only one thing was the pool water was so cold it was difficult to get in to enjoy !

Everything was perfect from staff to the lovely gentleman that bought us delicious breakfast everyday. Reception was a great help and full of knowledge and tips to help us enjoy our stay in Santorini. Will definitely be back

Iron was poor and could of done with a full length mirror.

Loved the location and only a 12 min walk to Fira and it’s only like 15-25 min away from all the beaches. It is basically in the center and best of all it’s private and away from all the noise. The breakfast and staff is amazing and attentive. Worth every penny.

The staff were all very lovely! We would stay at this accomodation again. It was very clean and the air-conditioning was great!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, arranged fantastic boat trip and dinner reservations, property was always clean as were surrounding suites. Sea view and pool meant we had an utterly relaxing time

The facility itself was very nice and spacious and the concierge was helpful and friendly, when available.

Concierge wasn’t always in office when we needed something and phone didn’t properly work to call. Made a physical trip several times to get questions answered. Location was not as close to center as thought to be. A very long and steep walk. Biggest disappointment was that we notified ahead of time that we have a family member with a life threatening allergy to tree nuts and were notified this was taken very seriously there…only to have our first first breakfast delivered with hazelnut sauce! Luckily we saw this sauce on the menu at a restaurant we were at so we recognized it…inquired to the server and was told no it’s chocolate sauce. Repeatedly each breakfast we were served nuts, very frustrating.

The suites are amazing, cleaned, very spacious. The pool is big compared to other hotels in the Island. The hotel is located close to the airport, you can easily visit the island from north to south. Parking is accessible so you don’t have to carry and climb uphill your luggage to the car.

We stayed at Este Luxury Suites for a week, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our suite was spotless, with a beautifully designed layout. The bedroom on the second floor had a private balcony with breathtaking views — waking up to that every morning was a dream. The bathrooms were spacious and modern, and having our own private pool and sunbeds truly made the experience unforgettable. It was the perfect setup for relaxing in complete privacy and comfort. Each morning, we were served a delicious breakfast, with the choice to dine indoors or outdoors. The menu included eggs, yogurt, pastries, sandwiches, and freshly squeezed orange juice — all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We genuinely looked forward to breakfast every day just to see what tasty surprises awaited us! The suite also came with a small kitchen and fridge, which was super convenient for making light meals or storing snacks and drinks. The staff were beyond amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help — they made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to the lovely cleaning lady who kept everything spotless and was so kind, and to the talented chefs who made every meal feel special. We were even surprised with complimentary beers and cocktails during our stay — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, but just a short 5–10 minute drive to everything we needed. We honestly couldn’t be more grateful or happy with our choice of accommodation. Este Luxury Suites gave us the perfect getaway, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved the amenities, breakfast was so delicious and varied every morning (loved that we had the option to eat outside or in), property was clean and well serviced. room service was so convenient, and all of the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location of the property is ideal and so close to the airport and lots of eateries. They booked our catamaran tour and we enjoyed that very much. They contacted us immediately after booking and were at our disposal for all my questions. They offered to make reservations for dining options on the island and provided lots of recommendations for us to choose from. We could have stayed at the property all day and night if we wanted because they took care of all our needs. The lovely lady that checked us in was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay!

What a incredible 4 night stay we have had in our two bedroom villa. The most amazing breakfast delivered to our room each morning and a late breakfast due to our early flight the next morning. Couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff are lovely and extremely accommodating, nothing being a hassle definitely would stay again thank you again.

Loved the breakfast

On our last day staff cleaning the outdoor are, water everywhere near the pool made it uncomfortable to sit and relax the pool. Could have waited until checkout.

Stayed here as a group of 3 girls and we couldn’t have had a better holiday! We stayed at Este for 5 nights and the service we received was incredible, the staff were amazing, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The food was also delicious and the breakfast is 10/10. We would like to give Despoina a special shoutout for being the most amazing person!! She welcomed us with open arms, told us all her recommendations for our stay and booked us multiple taxis, ATV hire, restaurants bookings across the island etc. I would recommend booking restaurant reservations through Este as you’ll get the best tables with sunset views!! We would also like to thank Chris and Nick for the amazing service too, always so warm and friendly and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do to help us - THANK YOU ESTE TEAM!!

N/A - absolutely nothing to fault.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property has a beautiful Cycladic design and is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor area with the pool is a great and perfect for relaxing. Inside, there were some really nice touches like a coffee machine with complementary pods, fresh water, Greek delights, and biscuits waiting for us. The beds were super comfortable too, probably the best we’ve slept on in a while!

We absolutely loved our stay at Este Suites. The apartments have a warm, homely feel and offer stunning views, arguably even more picturesque than the photos on the website. It's about a 20-25 minute hike from Fira, which was perfect for us, as we preferred being away from the hustle and bustle of the town. If you're driving, getting around is easy and hassle-free. Breakfast was a highlight each morning; they were delicious and generously portioned. We often couldn’t finish everything and ended up storing the leftovers in the fridge for later. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our check-in requests and gave us great tips for exploring the island. It was a truly unforgettable stay, and I’d love to return.
