The whole experience was very positive. Very welcoming and responsive staff. We were given an upgrade and the room was spacious, with wide balcony and nice open view. Bathroom large and a cosy kitchenette with all basic utensils. Nice quiet area with plenty of parking spaces on the street and a great bakery next door. Mattress and pillows fantastic and overall great value for money, as opposed to the rest of the Kavala hotels and rentals. Very decent WiFi. As it doesn’t have dining facilities, they encourage you to order food and have it delivered. We are Wolt subscribers and we ordered from one of the best Asian restaurants. There are some food delivery leaflets in the room as well.

Some info on the page is a bit disorientating. For example it says free parking with a mentioning of street parking further down, but it shouldn’t bring it up when the search criterion is free parking. On the street it’s not as guaranteed or as safe. Also, it says family and seniors friendly. I’d say seniors friendly indeed throughout, after one has climbed the few steps as soon as they enter. Even the lift is after the first few steps. The room is great, clean and with good a/c. However, some mobile items like the tv and a/c remote controls were very dirty, actually sticky, I felt like washing my hands straight away after using them.

Nice, clean, spacious and confortable room with balcony. All the needed amenities were in. The stuff was wery helpful and kind.

We visited this place for the second time and it was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel is simply perfect. The location is excellent, the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall experience was truly unique. A wonderful stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to come back.

There wasn’t enough parking space

We got the room on the second floor. Bathroom was nice and clean.

First of all, reception desk works only untill 21h which is strange since Kavala is the city with ferry departires and for many people it is the sleep-over destination. The host called me at 20:30 to check when we were supposed to arrive while I was driving. However, she was friendly and polite to wait for us to arrive at 21:30. The bed was very unconfortable. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the noise from the street and motorbikes, slamming of the doors.

It was clean. Stuff friendly, we had good communication. Free parking nearby.

A small, modern townhouse hotel run by a friendly professional couple. The simply furnished rooms with fridge are very spacious with balconies looking across town to the sea. The narrow town beach and an excellent seafront taverna are 5 minutes walk down the hill. The hotel is spotlessly clean with fresh linen. Good bathroom. Good aircon. Free parking on the road. About 20 minutes walk along the seafront to the historic old town. No breakfast. A good stop on your travels.

Fabulous place

Very nice and clean rooms, including the bathroom. Very nice and supportive hosts. Small gestures and compliments here and there make you feel even more comfortable.

Nothing to complain about.

Very easy to find. Close to beach and restaurants and easy walking distance to the old town. Spotless.
