The location was on a main road but it wasn't noisy , the pool area was great and we could go straight from our room. The breakfast was amazing and the owners were amazing. Room was great and big for all 3 of us , the bathroom was huge, the kitchen amenities were an added bonus.

We loved everything about this property. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with lovely rainfall shower. Cooling, quiet air conditioning (although property doesn’t get too hot anyway). Private outdoor area with table and chairs plus dedicated comfortable sun loungers and umbrella, right outside apartment. Beautifully clean and inviting swimming pool and peaceful surroundings. The wonderful staff made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing breakfast with so much variety left us feeling full every day.

Everything was great.

The checkin process was really easy, with the owner contacting me in the morning saying the suite was ready. Breakfast was very nice, with Lena always willing to answer any question and giving us advice. The details of the suite are really high end, like the beds, bathroom, etc. Parking is also a bonus in a city where parking is not easy.

Wow! Everything! Very karge room for thw 3 of us, with doors directly to the pool. Amazing staff - very helpful and nice. On our last day we had to leave early - and breakfast ws prepared and ready fir us befire the regular hours - and everything with a smile. Very clean facilty, walking disrance to the beating heart of Prga - so no parking issues. Every detail is thought through. Amazing!

Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful week at FNS Lounge Suites. It’s a really lovely place with direct access to a large and beautiful pool. The cleaning, facilities, and breakfast are top-notch, and the friendly staff are just the icing on the cake. We will be back.

We loved everything about F&S suites. The friendly staff, the delicious and varied breakfast, the comfortable room and huge bathroom, the pool area surrounded by olive trees. It’s a great base for visiting Parga. You can walk to the centre in 15 mins, either by the main road which has a nice little bakery on the way, or by the back roads with a couple of nice restaurants, like Yannis, on the way. Each room has its own outdoor dining area, as well as loungers by the pool. The grounds are thoughtfully designed with little shady spots and swing chairs. Great all round.

At first, we thought that the walk to Parga would be cumbersome with the uphill on the way back, Howe er, after the first day, we realized that it is not bad at all and surely beats the impossible parking scene in Parga town.

This property is ideal for anyone looking to simple rest or even use as a workcation location. The facilities are excellent and you have a pool right outside your room for at the whim swimming. There is a table outside the room in the shade that is ideal for doing any necessary work, and the WiFi is very strong! The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. Our boy wanted apple juice and the staff went out of their way to ensure that he had apple juice during our stay. What can I say? Absolutely fantastic and with warm and caring staff. The complex comes with its own private parking within enclosed gates that you can open with a remote. The bathroom is great with a large shower room and high pressure water that is always hot if needed.

Beautiful accomodation, lovely facilities and surroundings. We loved lounging by the pool. Easy to find and park our car. Short walk into town with great tavernas on the way. Wonderful breakfast by the pool! Absolutely lovely owners and staff who take great care of everything. We would love to visit again.

Everything is top quality! If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxed place, book this one. The swimming pool and outdoor is very spacious and well organised.. The owner is very helpful and friendly person!

Nothing to report, really well cared for place

A wonderful hidden gem, loved this accomm, super roomy, amazing bathroom, great pool and lovely layout as we travelled as a few families together and it was lovely to have the outdoor tables and rooms so accessible to the pool. A very easy walk to Parga. Breakfast was delicious also!

Amazing suits in Parga, very stylish furnished and comfortable.Pool is very clean and in front of the suits.Very good breakfast. Every day cleaning, everything was perfect. 10-15 min walking distance from the centre of Parga.

I would like to say something different and unique from the other reviews however I would struggle. Lakis and Lena are warm genuine lovely people that work very hard to ensure everyone is happy. Unique is a word I would use for this set up. It isn’t an adults only but comes close to feeling as such. if you don’t mind the odd family… most guests are mindful of relaxation for couples and privacy … Just like other reviews the rooms are modern and very clean the bed really comfortable and it is quiet at night time. An idyllic setting just a short walk to the restaurants and beaches.. it was a pleasurable experience to stay here … Thankyou all.

Nothing absolutely nothing

Everything is excellent The location is great. The room super clean modern and comfortable. The pool area was so nice to sit and relax. The breakfast was amazing. The owner and the staff very polite caring and helpful. We loved it. Would stay here again when in Parga and would recommend to anyone.

Only one minor thing but this is not a problem for the accommodation. The beach is a little bit far so I would need a car to go there.

We spend only one night in this luxurious accommodation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom with shower is almost so big than our home ..  The host provide us with wonderful breakfast with all delicious morning food and drinks. We had a wonderful short time in Parga but we booked already our next holiday for next year.

Absolutely Everything!! The laid back atmosphere, the amazing hosts, spacious and beautiful room, close to Parga, amazing breakfast, everything is made with love and passion!! Room was modern, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Great additional extras, e.g coffee machine, sandwich toaster, mosquito coils, wine goblets. Beautiful outdoor spaces and furniture for communal use. Varied and delicious breakfast and lovely outdoor private space as extension of room for eating. Luxurious loungers and very clean pool and grounds. Friendly staff, willing to do anything to help.

Nothing - A Superb Stay

Breakfast buffet was incredible, Room was so well equipped from quality coffee and toiletries, night lights for the children to sun blinds by the dinning area to keep the sun light out at mealtimes. Pool was great too. All in a great spot for discovering Parga. Great Job Lakis and family.
