Good location to do beach trips and just around the corner to lots of restaurants and cafes. Hosts were very hospitable and friendly. Highly recommend staying other travellers staying here

Outstanding location, sparkling clean and the nicest and friendliest owners. Couldn't wish for better. The airconditioning kept our room lovely and cool overnight and the location meant it is a very short stroll to the lovely harbour village of Agios Nikolaos with tavernas, bars, shops and beaches. Stefania gave us a bottle of freshly squeezed orange juice which was absolutely delicious. Our room also had a lovely balcony to sit outside and read. 10/10!!!

There was absolutely nothing not to like!

The best location …. and views! Very close to all the bars and restaurants but without everyone passing in front of your balcony, so very private. The room is basic but was exceptionally clean, comfortable and practical, AC is very good! There is an area with sunbeds only for Faros guests, right next to the sea with steps down to the water, the snorkelling from there towards the small harbour is amazing. The owners are really lovely without being overbearing, they just want you to be happy and have a great holiday … we will not hesitate to book again.

Great location on the headland in Ag Nic. Taverns next door for breakfast / lunch or dinner. Other good restaurants & bars 5 mins walk. Hosts were so considerate and brought water, fresh cherries and freshly squeezed OJ whilst relaxing on the loungers looking out to sea. You can launch into the sea off the platform / steps. Functional bedroom, comfy beds and crisp white linen. Air con. Fridge and closet in room. Balcony. Easy parking within a stones throw.

Property is in a great location next to the sea. In addition the view from the swimming location is great. Stefania is a great host, very kind and friendly and made our stay memorable.

I have stayed at this property multiple times and it is absolutely exceptional. Stefania and her family are incredibly gracious hosts, the location is fantastic — located right in the heart of one of the truly special coastal village of Mani (Agios Nikolaos). You are literally steps from a vibrant little town full of cafes and restaurants. The warm vibes we encounter here always entice us to come back as soon as possible.

Just to say something, the bathroom was a little tight and packed.

The location is just amazing, despite it is not a sand beach, the access to the sea through the “pool stairs” is fantastic.

This is a lovely, welcoming, family-run hotel that was built in the eighties and still has the original mosaic floors and marble finishes that were typical of the era. We were on a cycling holiday and the clean, comfortable, practical room with a large balcony and a view of the sea served our needs perfectly. The position on the promontory at the end of the bay with easy access from rock steps into the sea is an added advantage. A long extension lead was made available to recharge our e-bikes, and valuable advice on things to do and see was e-mailed to us. We loved staying here.

Total relaxation and wonderful well-being in this corner of paradise - location right on the seashore - you can hear the waves, the private beach, incredibly clear water and full of all kinds of fish. The comfortable room, the terrace overlooking the mountains of Mani, across the bay. Very good Wi-Fi!!! Our host, Stefania, was extremely welcoming, kind and friendly and gave us a lot of information about the village and its surroundings, about special places to visit, about where to eat the best. Thank you very much, Stefania!!!!

The bathroom was quite small and the room fittings a little dated. The swim station wasn't in good order .

The location is fabulous just a couple of minutes into the centre of the village .The check in quick and easy. While we waited for the room we could use the sunbeds for hotel guests .
