We truly appreciate your kind words about the spaciousness of the room and the helpfulness of our team via WhatsApp. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the noise, we understand that city life in Athens can be vibrant and sometimes overwhelming for guests not used to an urban setting. To support a better rest experience, we provide earplugs in the room and, as you mentioned, offered to change your room to a higher floor, where it’s generally quieter. Additionally, we’ve recently consulted a soundproofing specialist and are looking into further improvements, including enhanced glazing for the windows. As for your other concerns, we believe that when guests feel unsettled by one issue—such as noise—it can affect their overall perception. That said, your feedback is still valuable to us. The location of our hotel is indeed not in the historic core, but it’s a prime spot in central Athens, only 2 km from Syntagma Square, and clearly stated in our description. We take all guest comments seriously and are continuously working to enhance our service. We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, and thank you again for helping us improve.
