The accomodation size was great for us. One of the largest 2 bed apartments we have stayed in. The place was just the right size for us as we do not like overcrowded accomodation. We loved the place.

Very friendly and the grounds around the apartments were designed with great care and love. Great Cappuccino

The balcony was very small and too sunny, coffee Maschine was missing

The garden was mega nice, the interior was perfect, the villas was super, and the host was super nice and responsive

Loved everything...Nikos was a great help when we arrived from giving us information about best beaches to visit and restaurants to eat in..to arranging car hire as well.Great swimming pool with towels provided for the sunbeds and also towels for the beach visits. Clean accommodation in a nice area..5 mins drive to harbour,about 15 mins walking.could not fault a thing 👌

We are traveling a lot and I definitely can say that this place is one of the best we have ever stayed. I don’t know with what to start to tell about, but I think the main thanks have to go to Nikos that is an amazing master. He helped us with an early check in and understands exactly how much this means for a family with a 4 and a half years old child that sleeps at noon. The place is super clean. Nikos provided us towels for the pool, for the beach and has umbrellas for the beach too, all of this complimentary with is very nice. You can find at the place a small bat with coffee, juice, bear, at reasonable prices. The pool is nice and clean. The outdoor area is amazing with a lot of places to stay. You can find there a barbecue too. Nikos helped us with a map of the island and accurate indications and helped us with a booking of a trip that we have enjoyed a lot. The place is minutes away of a lot of attractions by car and is walking distance of a supermarket and the town. We recommend 100% this place! Very good value for the money and even more. The beds were comfy , not hard as rock like most in Greece. Unit was new and very clean. Parking on site. Property was cleaned daily outside at the pool, sitting areas, and the unit. The kitchen came in handy for breakfast as I'm on a special diet. Very nice host, Nico. He will accommodate as best as he can. My room didn't have a toaster and I asked for one and he loaned me a panini press. Room was cleaned daily. I didn't use the pool, but it's new and always saw them cleaning it. The chairs around it looked very well padded. The property is pretty.

I didn't get the room I selected online. My kitchen was micro and I really wanted the bigger one b/c I had to cook at times because of my illness. The bathroom got wet after the shower because there is no glass door. I did not like that as I had to mop it everyday and sometimes it didn't dry well. CATS- everywhere. The upstairs guest would feed the cats daily. We had the doors open and relaxing in bed and turned and saw a cat on the desk! So keep the doors shut. The noise from the roosters were disturbing somedays. Ask to be on the left side of the property so you don't heard it. It's 6 minute drive to where all the restaurants are located and parking can be difficult in town (one main road).

The accommodation was clean and nicely furnished. The bed consisted of two small beds pushed together, so they separated a little, but it didn’t bother us. There is a safe in the room. The kitchen is small but sufficient for preparing basic meals (it has two pots, a pan, cutlery, a cheese grater, and bowls). There is a working fridge with a freezer and a double hot plate. The bathroom is spacious enough, with hot water available 24/7. The room also has a balcony with seating. We stayed on the ground floor, so some cats from the yard would come to visit – if you’re allergic, it’s best to contact the accommodation in advance. Cats were also seen around the outdoor areas. The exterior of the accommodation was beautiful, with colorful flowers, lovely outdoor seating, and a nice pool with pleasantly warm water. There is also a large private parking area. Cleaning was done daily, and the cleaning staff kept everything very tidy. Beach and pool towels are also available for rent. The A/C functioned very well. The owner is kind and responds very quickly on WhatsApp. He was waiting for us upon arrival and explained everything.

Nikos was an excellent host, he gave us a map of the island explaining the sights, restaurants, boat trips and places to visit, all of which were excellent. The flat was very comfortable, better than it looks in the photos and with an incredible balcony to have breakfast on. The leisure area is incredible with a swimming pool.

I liked everything, only the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room, perhaps due to the size of the flat and the power of the air, but after a while it worked well.

Everything, we had no complaints at all and Nikos the host was extremely hospitable and organised transfers and trips for us. It was the perfect stay is perfect surroundings, one mile from Zante Town and it was an easy walk……if we go back to Zante we will definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Nicos was very welcoming, and our room was cleaned every day throughout our four night stay. Lovely infinity pool, too 🏊‍♀️. Nicos kindly dropped us off at the airport for a reasonable cost. Thank you to Nicos and staff Julie and Michael

Nothing. However, as we are walkers, we went slightly off route from the port to get there. Stick to the main road, so much easier and quicker and only a 15/20 minute walk! Well equipped supermarket about six minutes walk plus a petrol station and small minimart about three minute walk.

The apartment complex is amazing. The arrangements and the holiday vies you get at this property are just fantastic. The sizes of the rooms were big with balconies. The kitchen had all the things you would expect on a holiday. Both rooms were air conditioned, which was great in that Greek heat. The apartment and overall the complex was very well maintained and cleaned. In fact, the cleaning service people cleaned our apartment everyday, made our beds even wash the dirty utensils in the kitchen sink. We have been very impressed. Nikos was so helpful and provided us with the map with great recommendations.

A slimmer pillow could be amazing.

Nikos and his mom a gracious lady were very friendly and provided a super clean unit for me. The room size was good and the kitchenette equipped everything I needed for preparing my daily breakfast. A great choice for my trip in Zakynthos.

The noise from the fridge and air conditioner was a bit loud, however, I was too tired to pay attention after a whole day touring around. ☺️
