How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewWe had a wonderful experience at Flisvos Sea View Room! The staff was absolutely amazing – very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking – truly a joy to wake up to! The location was perfect, everything was close by – beaches, restaurants, and nice walking spots. We also had a parking space for our car, which was very convenient. Everything was just perfect for our weekend in Parga. We will definitely come back again!
Only thing missing was a big mirror.

Verified reviewOne of the best places you can stay in Parga! We felt completely safe knowing our car was parked securely in the underground garage the whole time. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking—I didn’t want to leave it for a second. But what truly made the difference was the staff. They made us feel like part of their family, always kind, helpful, and welcoming. We’ll genuinely miss them. Our stay wouldn’t have been the same without them—this hotel made our trip unforgettable.

Verified reviewI can't say enough good things about the Flisvos Sea View room my partner and I stayed in. First of all, the room has a spectacular view of Valtos beach, and a few hundred meters away, there are spectacular views of Parga Old Town. Valtos beach is only a few minutes' walking distance. I have stayed in many hotel rooms in my life but never in a room with such a spectacular view. Paradise on Earth. The room we stayed in was modern, with an old-world charm look. The room was spacious, a super comfortable bed, a large modern bath room, and a large balcony. With my hand on my heart, I want to thank the owners Dimitri and George and Dimitris son George Junior and Kosta for making our stay a memorable one. Kosta picked my partner and I at the Parga bus stop. They helped us with our luggage, and they were always so accomidating. And their restraunt just above the rooms serves up the most delicious Greek cuisine. Try the lamb chops. Wow. 5 star accomidation and 5 star service. Thank you for a great stay.
Can't fault this place.

Verified reviewI had one of only 2 rooms, which are under the Restaurant area. It was fabulous. Beautiful view from Balcony. Beautiful Bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Their other rooms are just around the Corner. In a lovely building, with views over part of Parga. The Restaurant serves fabulous family-cooked food all day.
Parga is VERY HILLY. And the Hotel is way above the Town and the Beach. BUT, I discovered there is a Local Taxi Stand in the Town just at the back of the Beach, and the Taxi will bring you within 200 m of the Hotel. But then there's a slope down. An outside Taxi, ie one from outside Parga ..so say, if you're coming from Sivota or other towns nearby, is ALLOWED to bring you almost to the Door of the Hotel. But there is still the Slope. But, be aware, the Steps DOWN into the main town of Parga are horrendous for older people. Take a Stick with you. There are NO railings. Some of the Reviews on Booking.com say, it's a quick walk down into the Town. Well, yes if you're 30, or 40!

Verified reviewRoom was very clean and comfortable with excellent shower room. The breakfast was also very good. Views were fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
The area is very hilly, therefore if you have any problems walking or health wise then the walks to the the room and restaurant and key sites in Parga may prove challenging.

Verified reviewAmazing views of the beach, very good location just minutes away from the sea and old town. Clean and cozy room with comfortable beds. Underground parking available, although good driving skills are needed as Parga streets are very narrow.
The breakfast. It’s not a bouffet, you have to order, no variety and sometimes slow service.

Verified reviewGreat location near the beach and not far from the city center. Beautiful view from the balcony. I left a tablet in the room on leaving. The owner Dimitri's shipped it to me in the US free of charge. That's Greek hospitality!

Verified reviewFantastic view from balcony overlooking the bay of the beaches.
Access is difficult especially with the lugguges.. You have to climb 200m ramps to reach the hotel both from the beaches on one side or from the Parga center on the other side.
