The house is functional and has a garden outside. It is located in the heart of the city, with everything at your fingertips. Dexameni Beach is 9 minutes away by car. The water is wonderful and very, very clean. I recommend it to everyone.

We did a short stopover in Areopoli and our room there was perfect for our needs. I don’t think it was the room I booked but I think it was actually better! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were ever in the area.

There was capsule coffee machine with provided capsules but coffee cups were missing ..but I am absolutely sure it was just that one night as I saw in the morning the cleaning staff bringing coffee cups to other rooms of the same property. So, the coffee cups were in the cleaning. Nothing to complain about :)

Instant booking, 5 min after the booking I was inside the appartment The host is very responsive and friendly. Very good communication. I also met her in person - extremely warm person. Especially if I had a very bad communication experience at the same night booking to another property which had false information and awful communication skills. Very well located Airconditioned/heating Historical building from 1836, high ceilings.

The apartment needed some love, and bits and pieces here and there that needed fixing (e.g. an almost broken toilet paper handle in the bathroom, and some fresh wall paint). Also I would invest a bit more on the mattresses as they were not very comfortable.

It must be the best located accommodation in Areopoli, without exaggeration. Literally in the most central spot! And the owner was always very kind, sweet and willing on the phone. This is always pleasant.

The internal soundproofing wasn't very good as you could hear what was going on in the other rooms. Also we stayed for 5 nights and the room service visited only once and didn't refill the toiletries. Also small practical issue is that there was no hanger in the bathroom to hang your towel.

The location was lovely, as it is on the main Street with all the shops, restaurants and cafes. Lovely view of the church on Kapetan Matapa. They provide parking area very close to the rooms. Very recently renovated.

Not so easy to find after four calls and various text messages. Very nice shower but take it quickly otherwise you risk flooding the bathroom. I still can't explain why there was a cave to access the bathroom.

The building could use some soundproofing. We could hear everything from outside or the room next door, even the keys when the other guests opened their door. As a result, we did not enjoy a great sleep, as we woke up several time for all sorts of sounds from the street or the building.

The staff on the phone was very friendly and helped us find the apartment. Also, they had the A/C on which we appreciated as it was a very hot day. Also, the location is nice.

Nice room in the most central part of Areopolis, less than a minute from places to eat, drink, and shop traditional products. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet (despite the central location). The balcony-patio was very spacious,with a nice city view. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.

Very noisy and not very clean the toilet wasnt flashing properly and the shower had a dirty curtain to protect for leaks which was disgusting . The room didn't seem very clean nor was cleaned during our 6 nights stay. We only had fresh towels and that was it. There was a terrace which was actually very nice to have but we couldn't really relax there cause there were only two uncomfortable chairs and a very noisy environment. We get that central location can get noisy but at least they could compensate with some more comfort additions like more comfortable furniture smart tv and for sure a bathroom renovation . The host Mrs Nikoletta was very welcoming and willing to help with our stay but the room considering the cost of stay should be a lot better.

It was all great initially. We made contact with the company renting this accommodation out who told us how to get there etc. Despite the description on booking.com the room we were in (A4) had no balcony. We genuinely didn’t mind, but told the person we were communicating with about it ,but she refused to believe that the listing stated that there was a balcony and became rather hostile. In order to help, and not just prove a point, I sent her a clip of me navigating the room description on the site and showing that it clearly states that it has a balcony. She became very uncommunicative with us after this. In fact it took 4 hours for them to reply to our request for the wifi code. This really upset us as we were fine (if not a little disappointed) with not having a balcony and genuinely just wanted to help. Secondly, the accommodation is opposite a new cocktail bar-which is nice, btw- but it does play very loud music until 4am, so if you stay here you will definitely need earplugs (they sell them in the local pharmacy)
