Easy access to the beach, nice, looked after surroundings, interior public spaces nice and relaxing. Staff pleasant and helpful. Quite even though close to the Matala music festival.

The beds a bit too hard. Would be nice to have tea/ coffee service in your room. A hairdryer is standard in most hotels now and would have been nice. Lack of sun beds so arrived at 3.00 and all beds taken or with towels on them.

Ideal location for town and beach. Pleasent and relaxed staff. Pool area enjoyable to be in no sunbed hassles! And sat in with wonderful views of the mountains. Surrounding gardens we'll maintained.

Shower in room maybe and quality of fruit juice at breakfast

Fantastic breakfast. Greek, continental and full English breakfast. Very close to the beach, about 200 meters. Large parking. Bus stop is 50 meters away. 2 swimming pools. Room with airconditioning and a small balcony. Small issue with the airconditioning, was resolved the next day.

Shower has no protection from the shower head. Water will splash the sink and floor. Bathroom door is transparent. Light from the tv and airco is quite bright. Mattress is quite hard.

Double room appears to have been recently renovated. Comfy bed, good ceiling fan and great air conditioning. Plentiful breakfast included. Very close to town and the beach. Two pools, we only used once each. Had beach towels available, as well as a kettle and a blow dryer. Really a great value for the location and breakfast included.

Shower only had a glass wall on one side so the sink and bathroom floor got wet during showers. The loungers around the pool were claimed by guests all day. Lots of smoking by guests, especially at the pool and by the entrance to the main building. It is a much larger facility than we were expecting, maybe 80 rooms. Not good or bad, but most of the guests were all inclusive guests.

Great location, right in front of the Mátala beach. Room was big and spacious. Hotel has a big structure with two pools and a big parking lot.

I don't know if it is common in the low season (end of May). They delivered us only the keys for the room, When we return from dinner, we felt the room was a bit hot. We were willing to turn on the A/C, but we didn´t have the remote to turn on. We called the reception, and the person in charge could not help and asked us to ask again in the morning. The shower does not have protection and the bathroom gets all wet. Breakfast is ok, but does not have a smooth reposition of some itens like pancakes.

A spacious room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is a short walk from the amazing Matala beach and caves. It is also minutes from the town, restaurants and the old tree where live music takes place at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice and a nice view over the beach. Staff were friendly. Easy parking.

I wasn't expecting to be across the car park to a building away from the main part of the hotel. However, in fairness, this area had its own pool. There was no view from our balcony. It was difficult to keep the water in the shower due to its layout.

    Location.

Facilites and the apartment itself did not offer good value for the price paid. It was a last minute find but overall allowed us to be in a prime location at a decent place.

I stayed at this complex for one night, and while the exterior looked promising, the experience inside was far from it. The rooms did not have Wi-Fi, which was quite inconvenient. On top of that, there was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom that really affected the overall stay. I expected more based on the appearance of the place, but unfortunately, the interior didn’t live up to the outside. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
