The food very good.

The playground closed after 18:00. Too hot to be used during the days by kids.

I am writing to formaly express my profound disappointment and serious concerns regarding incidents that occurred durring my recent stay. What began as a highly anticipated vacantion was severely disrupted by the disappearance of a watch from my room. It is important to clarify that the other watch in my room was my son's, not mine. My attepts to report this significant loss and discuss the matter with the management were met with a complete lack of concern and unwillingness to engage. This disregard for a guest's distress was deeply unsettling. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that a full search of my room, including my personal belongings, was conducted in my absence. This constitutes a grave VIOLATION OF PRIVACY and is an unacceptable breach of trust. The cumulative effect of these events has completely overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay. The management's failure to address my concern over the past 8 days of my stay has only exacerbated my dissatisfaction.

Very clean, lots of activities for kids and a great beach nearby. The staff were really amazing ! Special thanks to Effie, Irina and Anna from reception/ management and of course to Andi, Soni, Thomas, Marios and Markella from the restaurant. The food was of great quality and variety.

I think the only suggestion would be to minimise access to the pools during the evenings for safety purposes as lots of toddlers hang around during that time.

The property is new and clean

Look for a different place- it’s not A 5 star hotel my be 3-4 not more it is overpriced

Fantastic customer service. The manger really cares about the hotel, his staff and the customers experience. Food is excellent. We are vegan but the head chef made sure we were not left out. Lovely beach and great entertainment in the evenings. We Definitely recommend this hotel!

More English families would have been great!

The small pool area and pool restaurant were really nice. The other pool had lots of construction taking place so we didn’t use it much.

The rooms are clean but there was damp on the walls and quite a lot of ants in the room. The room we were in was in the middle of a staff area with a skip outside and lots of washing hanging everywhere, not what we expected. Some of the restaurants and facilities that were advertised as open were actually closed, with no prior warning. It became clear that much of the hotel was still under construction, which made us feel as though the hotel had opened prematurely and was not ready to accommodate guests to the standard expected.

It is an attractive and nicely designed resort. The setup of the hotel site is excellent with separate nice pool areas for kids, adults and families, plus great access to a very nice beach. If you want to get out and about then the hotel is in an excellent position for catching the bus into both Chania and Rethymno or visiting Lake Kournas. The room was nicely laid out with 2 separate rooms and a balcony, but the bathroom was rather small.

The majority of guests are German (not a problem in itself) and while I have no problem with our European neighbours the hotel caters understandably firstly to them. For example the food translations are often quite entertaining - 'Meat Salad with Bacon' and 'Green Pie' were fun examples. The menu in the beachfront restaurant wasn't even in english. Definitely not a biggie but the language barrier is a minor issue.

Very nice and helpful staff . They upgraded my two friends and I with our children to rooms in a newer building so we could all be next to each other as we all had booked separately and different room types.The buffet breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide variety and fresh vegetables and fruits . The hotel was spotless.

Rooms were quite small and weren’t sound proof and we could hear every sound at night or in the morning. The water park area was smelling like sewage..

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful especially Nikolaos, The food options were good for breakfast and dinner. The beach is only a short walk and is clean and beautiful. The aqua park is good for family’s and there is an option to relax by the quiet pool which is a great option for just relaxing. We also had no issue renting a car and the staff were helpful and the transaction was painless and quick.

The only downside was having to pay €30 for the Bali beds on the beach unless you’re all inclusive platinum.

Staff all friendly. Pool lovely. Beach bar and facilities excellent. Pool bar area very nice and good music.

Not good value for money. All inclusive limited drinks and not much food options between main meals. Some drinks from the post mix were horrible but were changed on request. Hard to book into other restaurants for a change. Some areas of the resort scruffy, not up to 5 star level. No waiter service by the pool. Our air con unit kept leaking water, they tried several times to fix but it still leaked, this was the end of our stat so in the end we just left. Entertainment was mixed, and annoying that it was all separate to the bar area.

Staff friendly and polite! Positive attitude from young generation. Beach clean Staff at Beach restaurant and bar polite and attentive. Main restaurant and reception top customer service . Very good food. Drinks are also nice! Clean swimming pool. Water park good. Entertainment nice. Pleased with my holiday! I love Greece🇬🇷

The under tunnel on the way to the beach needs stairs and some maintenance. Bar staff, the main swimming pool, needs some improvement , especially during the day The expresso cofee at main swimming pool has to be used more often , rather than automatic machine.. Umbrellas can be set up by staff in the morning?!

At the bar area, I wish they had food and servers at the pool area.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and very accommodating to our requests and needs. Fabulous surprise to get upgraded to the suites and later on to a presidential suite which made our stay unforgettable especially for our very active 3 year old who had more space to play. The variety and quality of food were exceptional. The beach is literally across the road and is pristine, equipped with comfortable bali beds, attended by a lifeguard and immaculate toilets and showers.

When you have half board you expect to have drinking water provided free of charge at dinner and not have to pay 4.50 euros every evening for water during our meal. On site toilets would be a welcome addition at the aqua park.

we got upgraded for georgioupolis suits hotel. the staff is amazing. the food was great, amazing resterunts. clean and comfterble rooms. great pools. quiet and relaxing atmosphere. amazing !!!!!

I think the water park should have one or two slides for children older than 10-12 years old. the slides are ok for kids under 12 years old.

The amazing beach nearby

Unfortunately we left postcards to be send for us to the family & friends and no one received them to this day, which makes it rather obvious they have never sent them- this is very disappointing :(

Excelent staff & location (was upgraded to the newer suites)

Great hotel and nice location. Lovely big room. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Entertainment could be better especially for kids its always the same mini disco. Food options limited for gluten free or lactose free. Some areas of hotel had bad drainage smells. Kids playground needs a clean and revamp. Mini market could be better as very limited stock items and old fashioned shop.

The food was amazing. Also the the pools.

There was a smell of drainage at times.
