How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The mattress of the bed was uncomfortable
good location, perfect view, big and comfortable clean apartment. I also really liked the fact that the owner included a Nespresso machine with free capsules

The room was clean, the bathroom is gorgeous and the bedroom has a very comfortable bed/ also a lot of space to put your clothes on. the terrace was so big and the view over the mountains and sea was on another level! 10/10!

The TV was showing its age and I couldn't cast to the screen. As I dont speak Greek none for the channels were watchable but that's such a minor complaint as really any visitor should be out exploring the beautiful island.
The apartment was very clean with a very comfortable bed and a good air con. Lovely views from the little balcony as well. Lots of parking for the essential hire car

The wi-fi internet did not work at all (at least from our room, room no 6), but it was not a blocking point for us, we used our mobile internet.

slow wifi..
The apartment has a huge terrace, a comfortable bed, a kitchen without an oven, only with a toaster and a coffee maker. Cleaning is done every day, there is plenty of parking space and an amazing view of the sea.You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. There are shops and restaurants nearby. I RECOMMEND

Well equipped kitchen but no fire to cook things (atleast in our apartment)
Clean apartment, big balcony and wonderful garden and view. Well worth the money, fantastic experience.

There was an ant nest in the bathroom but the owner managed to solve the problem in a few days and there was no Cooker in the kitchen
cleanliness service very good, the owner gave us some coffe capsules and the view was fantastic

The shower could be renovated to be more spacious and the kitchen lacks a cooking area (stove)
Emplacement, location, daily cleaning, spacious, cozy, lovely staff, the bed was truly comfortable!

We liked pretty much everything. Parking was easy. The road to the apartments is good. There's a garden with lemon trees and sun chairs. The apartment was nice and cozy and clean. The view is lovely. The ac allowed us to be comfortable through the heat. Everything is in place. Stacey helped us to get dome food as our flight was delayed, she's a star!

The location was a bit remote but there is a nearby shop and 2 restaurants in walking distance
The apartment had great facilities, was spacious, staff were friendly and the garden was great for our toddler to use

The mosquito net was not that practical. Instead of a door it was something that you closed from up to down. But at least they had one :) besides this, all great.
We loved the big balcony and the beautiful garden. Definitely a highlight or our trip. The internet was ok, but for working we used the mobile data. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had most of the necessary things.

Pillows! They need to be changed. One is too thick and firm, the other one is too soft and flat, and the last two are ok with thickness but clodded. I was having neck pain the whole stay.

The bed matress could be more comfortable. But it was still good enough to get rested. We didn't really have any complaints.
We stayed at a studio in the ground floor. There is a beautiful terrace shared by other guests that's very green and pleasant to chill on. The kitchen had basic equipment you need to cook some one pot meals or breakfast. The only thing we really missed was a big kitchen knife (there was only one small one). There were some friendly cats that liked to hang out at the patio of our apartment and one really friendly one that wanted to be our apartment cat (we liked it very much but if you're not a cat person I would suggest renting an apartment on the upper two floors). There is a cleaning lady that comes every day and the towels and bedsheets are changed every 3-4 days. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Exellent location: 15 minutes by car from Argostoli. Being in the middle of the island it is a good position to reach beaches such as Myrtos, Antisamos, Fteri... If I ever return to Kefalonia I would return there!
