Gave us an upgrade room without asking also we had a to go breakfast bag with fresh orange juice and fruit and sandwiches. Our host was amazing booking a yacht for sunset night with dinner beautiful time

Property was clean and tidy, excellent location and the staff were lovely.

Balconies are very little off the rooms. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Jenny took fantastic care of me even on my return trip when I was stopping over for an afternoon. The location is perfect and the cafe serves delicious food and cocktails. A great place to stay on the caldera.

The room under the cafe can be a bit noisy but only until 11 pm!

The Check in process was fantastic, the staff covered what to do and see in all of the towns of Santorini, including great restaurant and bar recommendations. The hotel & Cafe is a stones throw from Firostefani Square making it very easy to organise transfers, and acts as a good pick up/ drop off location for optional activities. (There’s lots of free parking across the road from the square too if you choose to hire a car or ATV).

The breakfast was very good with 5 different sets to choose from. Hotel guest are given premium front seats providing an unblocked view of the beautiful Santini sea and the rolling hills. The location is just at the car park at the peak of the hill so no need to drag your luggage up the hilly steps (as is the case for most other hotels)

The viewing gallery is just next to the room balcony. So for guest who are in rooms that does not have a view of the sea, they will be at the viewing gallery which makes it a bit uncomfortable if you are enjoying the sunset or morning church bells in your own balcony.

The location is great. The hotel overlooks the volcano and the cliffs with white houses and churches..There is a bus stop into Fira 1 minute walk from there. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good selection of shops and cafes nearby. We had a good time in the hotel Galini.

A bit noisy from the restaurants nearby playing music till early hours of the morning.

Lovely clean and very comfortable room, our first room had a huge bed, so so nice (we upgraded to get a view, so had to change rooms on the last night to keep the view, we had a gorgeous view in both rooms!) Everything was lovely and modern but still in keeping of the gorgeous Santorini vibe. We had everything we needed, fridge, air con, hair dryer etc

There was nothing we didn’t like, we just missed our king sized bed on the first 3 nights, that’s all, but we understood they were fully booked and super busy.

Breakfast was fresh and good quality. One staff person was very professional and friendly .

Room was “shoe box” size- Absolutely too small for the amount charged. I could not get out of bed without climbing over my spouse. There was no one to help carry bags up and down two flights of steep stairs and receptionist made no attempt to find anyone who could help. Proprietor was insistent on obtaining our passports and birthdate information, address in the US etc.. in addition to all credit card information, including credit card security code. I felt that my identifying information was at risk of theft. Proprietor was not to be found but answered email about passport information requirement claiming it was a Greek law requirement, which it is not. Proprietor also stated on email that my information was going to be destroyed upon my departure but receptionist was aloof and not interested in following up. I have travelled to Greece more than 30 times and this was the worst experience ever.

From the minute we checked in, the staff treated us like VIPs! The villa was spectacular…spacious, immaculate, light and airy. Million dollar view of the sunset. Hot tub large enough to accommodate at least 4 adults. AMAZING breakfast delivered to our villa every morning. The most friendly and helpful staff we’ve ever encountered in our travels.

The ONLY improvement would be the beds/pillows. They were ultra firm and not comfortable for sleeping.

It is a common problem in Santorini, flashing the toilet is problematic everywhere.

The workers at the reception were super nice and helpful. The food and service at the hotel's restaurant were amazing, and the view is breathtaking

Oh my god if you want a hotel in santorini with an excellent view a few steps not 50 plus like other hotels, bed with a view a patio a breakfast that is more then outstanding and people that care then this place is for you. I can't say enough. More then 5 stars
