The ratio price/quality was not fair. The same breakfast, the same dinner except Thursday night. Old towels and sheets. Very uncomfortable matresses and pillows. The room insulation is very bad, you can hear the conversations in the next room. Bad smell from the bathroom.There is not a proper beach in front of the hotel. You can't find a place to stay in the beach as it is all occupied from other private businesses. Kerkyra is almost 45 min far from the hotel when there's no traffic. Safety box of old fashion....with a key not a digit code....deposit required for the key and for the pool towels. Three hangers in the wardrobe, one and half for each adult in a double room

Overall it was a modest three stars hotel. Nothing to make you chose it again other than the room size and the hot water, with pressure in the shower. Fast check-in and also very polite staff in the reception.

The breakfast was not great quality. We didn't do all inclusive, only breakfast and we're glad about that. The day we arrived we had no hot water and got the runaround from reception who first of all said it was only our room. Then when we said we wanted a different room they finally admitted that the boiler wasn't working for the whole hotel. Next day, same thing. Finally by late afternoon they got the boiler working. They did bring us wine and a voucher for supper for compensation. After experiencing the free supper we were happy to have not opted for all inclusive!

The location was pretty good, a few minutes walk from the beach. There is parking but quite limited so you may end up parking on the street. The room was spacious enough and renovated. There are 2 pool areas which are nice, with very comfortable loungers. The wifi worked well everywhere in the hotel.

We had a great stay at Gemini. The staff makes this place especially Alexandra. She is amazing. Very helpful smiling. Gave very good advice. Christina too was very helpful. I would say the best are reception Staff. Properly was clean, modern . Again Cleaning staff was great, rooms were cleaned daily on our request, towels were replaced. All in all really good. Had everything near by beach, restaurants, supermarkets, Taxis, bus stop next door. Travel agents in the next street to book your trips.

My sister and I stayed with our husbands, they gave us a room next to each other which was great. The rooms are very modern and clean, they had everything which was needed. We relaxed by the pool and also at the beach which is only a few steps away. The breakfast had a large variety, so there was something for everyone. We come to Corfu every year so we will be staying here again next year! Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Our rooms were clean and a good size. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day at the pool or beach. The pool was a good size. They also allocated us a room next to my sister which was great! The staff were very friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff in all departments ever so welcoming, the food was great with a large variety. We spend our time around the pool but also at the beach which is only 1 minute away. If we come back to Corfu we plan on staying longer at the hotel.

Where do I start? I’m not usually the one for bad reviews but after spending £500 on 3 nights at this hotel, I was dumbfounded by how bad my stay was. The main thing is that the WIFI did not work at all in the rooms. We tried numerous times to connect but just couldn’t get access. As we arrived into our room, a strong smell of sewage was coming from the drain pipes in the bathroom. We left this at first as we was only here for 3 days after staying a week in Albania and thought it might just go away after a while but didn’t. This only got worse and when we asked reception if someone could take a look, we was told someone would be round but never actually came. We also noticed that room smelled of damp but where the room had been newly painted, we couldn’t pin point where the damp was. After our first night, we noticed ants on the floor coming up through the drains. This then turned into a full blown colony of ants invading our bathroom. The bathroom was the size of a tin can and you couldn’t fit 2 people in it at one time. More like an airplane bathroom than anything. The shower pressure was completely non existent and the water kept changing from hot to cold. The Air conditioning unit looked like it was from 1986 and was completely stained yellow from where people had been smoking in the room prior. 2 plugs in the rooms were broken so I had to pick up the kettle tray and move it to my bedside cabinet just to make a cup of coffee. I’m sorry but for £130 a night, this is unacceptable!! I’ve stayed in hotels in central london for this price and they are absolutely immaculate. As I said prior, we had just came back from Albania and our hotel was impeccable. We will not be coming back and please don’t be fooled by the fancy photos because this place is not worth your time. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
