The suite was very comfortable and cool with great views. It was quiet and easy to walk to Limeni and back in the morning. Mr George was very helpful and made us feel welcome upon arrival. He also suggested a few great places to visit. The seawater is crystal clear here and even more so at Limeni.

Everything was perfect, we have no complaints

It’s hard to imagine that places like this exist. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The sea view is breathtaking, and the location in Neo Itilo is extremely convenient. Everything is just a minute’s walk away—tavernas, a small shop, and the beach. George and his wife are truly wonderful people, and as locals, they gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and see.

Overall very fine - just get proper knife to the kitchen inventory😉 and may be sun shade on the terrace.

Superb location! Footsteps from fish restaurant and the beach. Very clean and nicely equipped studio. Splendid terrace. 15 min walk to Limeni.

It would be good to have a microwave oven in the kitchen area.

The location was perfect, two steps from the long lovely beach. From the large veranda, where we enjoyed our breakfast, we had an amazing view of all of Neo Itylo and surrounding hills. George and Voula were perfect hosts, ready to help us and offering tips on what to visit in Mani. Neo Itilo is a good base to explore the area. We would love to return some time! .

The location is stunning, all amenities and the sea at your doorstep. The building is beautiful, the room is spacious and cool, wide openings, full of light and an amazing balcony overlooking the bay. George and his family are very friendly and professional at the same time. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful.

The owners George and Voula are the nicest people you will ever meet. They greeted us on arrival and showed us the room and facilities. Room was very clean and spacious. Location is excellent, close to tavernas and beach and very close to other must see places around Mani. Would definitely stay here again.

For some reason I thought we had access to the whole place when I booked but got there and it is actually multiple apartments. So was a little more pricey for what we expected. Did enjoy our stay though!

Location was awesome. The owner was so very helpful and nice. He was always around to answer questions and greet us each day. Beautiful view. Very nice, new place. So close to taverns and the ocean. Everything was right there. Limeni is right down the street. We enjoyed our stay and would be back. Things were clean and they had all that we needed for our stay.

perfect location and George and his wife are incredible friendly and helpful. We had an amazing 4 day vacation here and would come again! If you need anything just ask George and he will make sure you have it.

The owner was waiting for us upon arrival, and the room was ready eventhough we arrived early (before noon). The suite was really big, and despite the hot weather quite fresh inside due to the very thick walls. There is a parking for the rental car on the property, and mini market, tavernas, and beach are within a few meters. Perfect location with a very kind host!

The shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, stove were so dirty I could not get them clean. The electric stove cooking units were deeply rusted and it took 45 min to boil 2 eggs. So much is so cheap inside that most is broken.
