There was nothing we didn’t like

We are just back from the most wonderful 10 night stay here.. Everything from start to finish was perfection. Bupa and George could not have made us feel more welcome. The apt was just wonderful with everything we needed. The views were second to none.. the beach was wonderful.. like having your own private lagoon.. Just simply wonderful

It is a little slice of heaven. Lovely accommodation and a fantastic location. The owners are so helpful and do everything they can to ensure you have a great holiday. The beach at the bottom of the slope is lovely and Plakia is a few minutes beyond. With a slow 5 minute walk you can be in the centre of pefkos with its variety of restaurants and bars. The food we had was amazing and again the staff are so accommodating with any requests.

We picked George Seaside Serviced Studios and Apartments for a 2 week stay and we're not disappointed with our choice! The main selling point of George Seaside has to be the hosts Buba and George who without doubt two of the most kind, hospitable and generous people we've had the pleasure to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and they were available to help with any queries or to have a chat with plus they kept the room very clean. They even brought us fresh eggs on our first day plus some lovely watermelon one evening. George also gave us some sea salt that he had collected to bring home plus we were able to use his paddle board to go out with which made a great morning. We had a ground floor apartment with views down to the beach which was about 100m at the most to get down to from the back of the property. Plakia beach was a further 2 minutes stroll with plenty of beds and a cantina that serves food and drinks. The apartment was about 5 minutes walk to the main road through Pefkos so it was easy to pick up food etc. there and walk it back. The apartment was well stocked with all that we needed in terms of utensils, crockery and cookware, plus a large fridge freezer to keep the beer cold... And food obviously... The terrace was perfect for sitting out in the evening with some great sunset views over the sea. We had a great stay here and would definitely return to George Seaside Serviced Studios and Apartments as our first port of call on any future trip to Pefkos.

All. My wife and I are just back home after five days in one of the George Seaside apartments. We've soon been impressed by the kindness of George and Buba who so warmly welcomed us on our arrival. They both have always been so empathetic making us feel really at home. Our apartment was very clean (George and/or Buba have cleaned it everyday). Let's talk now about the George Seaside structure. We have been in one of the apartments at ground floor with a beautiful terrace from where we could enjoy a magnificent sea view. The beach is just down and in two minutes you can have a refreshing swim. Finally the structure has a convenient parking lot for your car and is less than ten minutes walking from the Pefkos area so full of restaurants. In few words we have spent five beautiful days at George Seaside Serviced Studios & Apartments and if and when in the future we return to Rhodes surely we will be back there.

Limited kitchen ware; the essential is present but a strainer and a microwave would be useful - among other things! The walk to the downtown area is not very pleasant as there is no sidewalk.

Excellent location in a quiet surrounding, with direct access to a quiet & small (mixed sand - pebbles) beach. The flat was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly. You can park you park easily in the courtyard.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment was freshly renovated, perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the beautiful beach just meters from our porch. The highlight we’re definitely the lovely hosts Buba and George themselves who were always there to help with any questions or recommendations and for me most important, they let me use their SUP for the whole stay which I loved :D Thank you for everything, already looking to come back! :)

All was good.

A perfect place for complete relaxation. Simple studios, comfy beds. Spacious and equipped with full sized fridge and cooker. Buba is a charming hostess and the whole place is immaculately clean. We appreciated the daily cleaning and fresh towels. On the outskirts of Pefki so a peaceful location but only a short walk to shops and restaurants. The view of the beach and sea from the patio is gorgeous and we loved being able to walk straight down to the beach for a swim in the sea.

Bobba the host is so lovely! She took good care of us. The room was fantastic, beautiful sea view and fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer as well as a hot plate. Loved the ease of going for a sea swim 50m from the apartment. Loved everything about this location, will return!!

It is a pity that there are no window blinds, so in practice you cannot sleep with open windows and have to use air-conditioning even when the evening is fresh. The village of Pefki (very close - walking distance) is a noisy and crowded place, good if you want music and alcohol but not if you want a relaxing holiday. Better to have dinner in a village away from the coast and enjoy the evening breeze on the terrace of George 's apartment

Perfect location just on the beach (see photo). George and his wife are very helpful and friendly. The studio is well equipped and comfortable, with a terrace which stays fresh for most of the day.

The shower was a little snug and would be tight for a larger person but apart from that I have no complaints.

Not only were the hosts welcoming but they were available to call as my flight was delayed. They went out of their way and even offered to take me to the shop as it was very late and very warm. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I would change nothing. It was perfect.

The quietness of the place, surrounded by nature and the sound of cicadas, the simplicity and beauty of the sea view room and the terrace, the closeness to the beautiful beach nearby was exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to the center of the town to get to dinner walking but far enough to enjoy the peace at night. The best thing was definitely the warmth and smile of the hosts, Buba and George, who received us and took care of us as if we were family. Paid attention to every detail, cleanliness and tidiness in our room and the property in general, recommended where to go (even their favorite beach!), and made sure to come by and check on us daily. They made it so easy to enjoy Rhodes and made us feel and rest as if we were home. Priceless.

The studios are about 50m from a cozy, semi-private beach with fine sand, clear water and very few people. We just walked there straight from our terrace. Plus we could see our beach umbrella from our room. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They were always friendly, kept the studio very clean, they lent us whatever we needed, and even let us stay longer on our last day. Overall our stay was very comfortable and stress-free.

As mentioned in previous comments George and Bubba were fantastic and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely place with a balcony view to sip a coffee and relax. If arriving by bus just get off at bus stop 55 and it is a 5 minute walk on the left hand side.

Wonderful stay at George Seaside Studios. George and Buba are very nice people, helpful and welcoming hosts. The location is stunning, so quiet with a wonderful beach that is 50 metres away that is so relaxing, the WiFi is also very good. There are pools close by if need a pool and it’s an easy walk into the village. Will definitely be returning!

Located next to the beach in a very nice garden. Just a few meters away to the tavernas and shops. Very quiet. The owners are very helpful and friendly!
