The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and also very close to restaurants and cafés. Despite being so central, it was quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. George was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay.

George is really a super host. Because he is local we asked him what we can do and because of that we saw a lot of beautiful places and he was always available and responded within minutes. The location ist also great because you're right next to the Beach and really central where all the restaurants are.

The room had everything my son needed. He even commented on how lively the shower room. tiles were. The room was clean and had an outside seating area. George is very helpful and communicated with us about arrival etc so well.

The pillows were too hard for me and the air con was quite noisy.

The apartment was just off the Main Street so you couldn’t hear any noise from the bars and restaurants at night, but it was close enough to walk to/from the nightlife.

The air con wasn't great. The WiFi was patchy. The drains could be smelly. A few ants. It just felt a bit overpriced to me but I guess you're paying for the location. I had a bad experience at the owner's restaurant too. I complained and explained that it would go in my review. He was quite arrogant about this. I cannot recommend George's restaurant unfortunately

It had a lot going for it. Great location. Outside seating areas to the front and back. It was lovely to be able to have both doors open when it got too warm. Five minutes from everything you need in Pefkos and the best beach I've found in Rhodes so far. Lots of pool bars if that's your preference. For me personally it was all handy on foot with no issues. Bonus. Transport links also close by. Another bonus was the privacy.

The location is very convenient for getting either to beach or central street. The room itself has everything needed for comfort stay ( AC was amazing). The owner is amazing George who is absolutely helpful and tried to help us with everything we asked for.

The host is amazing, very kind and always available if there are any issues. Location is one of the best in Pefkos (I've been here many times), very close to the main streets and the beach but it is still quite at night. Would highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

George is an incredibly friendly host who made sure that we feel comfortable at his accomodation at all times. And we did indeed! The place has everything you need, conveniently located in a quiet street close to restaurants and shops and the beautiful Pefkos Beach!

Location was amazing, close to the beach, to the main street, shops, restaurants, pools. A view was excellent, mountains. The owner was friendly and helpful. Kitchen was small but you had everything you need. Room was very clean. We had 2 small kids, we bought small pool to the backyard, it was nice to be there when it was too hot being on the beach. The beach is clean and water is clear.

The location is differrent than showed on a map. It's more out of the center. The owner explained that there are many Georges in the town and many George studious, that's why his location is not at that royal district we were looking for him.. We didn't spend even one night because of the wildfires. We came and saw the smokes and leave at the same evening and he charged us fully for four nights. He tried to convince that it's the same at the whole island and we couldn't find better stay. At that time air outside was full of ashes. Even inside there was a smell of smokes from the conditioner. It was impossible to stay. Next evening town was evacuated. I know it's not his fault - neither ours, but it wasn't fair at all. Lucky us, we didn't listen to him and stayed at safe place at Faliraki.
