The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Tavernas, supermarkets, and shops were just steps away, and the beach was only a 2-minute walk. ( the beach is also a 10/10) The rooms were very quiet, thanks to great soundproofing, so we could relax even though we were in a central area. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

located right in the central square of the town. Great A/C but only in one room( the master bedroom). The outer room serves as kitchen and has a foldown settee which converts into a bed ( this has no A/C). All contact is with the staff in the shop below who were always very helpful. Balcony with clothes dryer overlooks the square. Room seemed pretty soundproof when the doors were shut even though there were 100's of people down below drinking/talking etc. very good value. Our second visit to the appartment; both being 2 weeks duration. Room serviced on alternate days. 5 appartments in total available.

Perhaps have a drying rack for the balcony to put beach towels on to dry. Clearer instructions on where to get the key. Got our email 2 days after checking in.

The WiFi wasn't working the day I left so I was late checking out as I had no way to amuse my son while packing and cleaning. Mesages aren't responded to quickly so better to phone, although calls aren't always answered either.

Lovely suite in very central location overlooking the main square, so close to lots of tavernas and shops and just a few minutes walk from the beach and a great playground with inflatables and go karts. . Great kitchen facilities, including fridge with small freezer compartment, a convection microwave and a two ring halogen hob. Firm but comfortable mattress in bedroom and comfy sofa in lounge/kitchen area. Free tea, coffee and sugar provided, along with washing up liquid and a sponge. TV has Netflix and Prime which was very helpful for my toddler. You can store luggage in the supermarket beneath the property if you arrive early or have to hang around waiting for a late flight after checking out. There is also a toilet in the supermarket which was helpful after checking out.

If you send them a message you get no reply or a reply too late. The soapdispenser in the shower is broken. In contrary to the information on Booking.com: 1. there's no options for playing tennis. 2. the room isnt soundproof. We could hear children play/scream, people talk in hallway and other noises from outside.

Beautiful apartment with spacious shower cabin. You pick up the key at the supermarket. We could drop off our luggage there and come back later for check in. Also checkout time at 12.30 is very nice.

We dident like anything we paid £1,100 more to move the second room has no air conditioning and is very dangerous if you have children staying in there if you pulled out the sofa bed there’s no room to get to the fridge or sink should not be able to rent out as too rooms

couple of things in the room where in need of repair, e.g. towels hooks in bathroom loose and one kept falling off the wall, toilet roll holder was the same but it is coming to the end of the season in Crete so I expect this will get fixed over the winter.

clean, everything you would want, nice bath room, with nice little kitchen and seating area, balcony are that looks over the main square which was great to relax and people watch while enjoying a drink. Also beach towels, steam iron, hair dryer and shower gel provided. Location is perfect, mini market shop below, restaurants and a couple of bars with in 20m and start of a long sandy beach 200m away.

There was nothing we didn't like but had we stayed longer, a kettle would have been preferable for us. There was a coffee making machine in the cupboard but no kettle.

The suite was spacious with lovely modern decor including a comfy sofa in the kitchen area. The bathroom was tiled throughout with a super shower We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the interior. The balcony overlooked the plaza which was beautiful at night. Although the plaza was very busy nothing could be heard when the doors of the balcony were closed. Beach towels were supplied which was a bonus.
