Everything. The pool, the room, the complex, the staff, the location, communication, and Apostolos and his lovely wife were amazing. Our stay was awesome and we're going to book to spend a longer amount of time there next year because we loved it so much. This is one of our favourite places in our 6.5 week trip to beautiful Greece.

The bathroom is quite small, but it didn't bother us so much.

We loved the location. The pool we got to use was very good and there were enough sunbeds. The room was very clean and the bed was excellent and there was many pillows which I like. Balcony was perfect for two to have a glass of wine or two. The host couple Agapi and Apostolis are lovely and loveable! It's always a pleasure to meet them.

We spent 2 weeks here and everything was perfect! The bigger apartment was very well equipped and worked great for a family of 4. Everything was clean and tidy, the bed was nice and soft. The pool we had access to was nice, with a poolbar. The location was great for us as well, close to the beach and great restaurants close by. If we wanted more options the walk to Agia Marina was not to far. One of the best apartments we have stayed at in Crete. The owners are very polite and friendly.

Everything was great. The apartment is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need. Everything is nearby: the beach, bus stop, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Apostolos is an excellent host, always ready to help. The lady who cleans the apartments is very kind and cleans thoroughly. I warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit Crete!

The apartment was spotless and exactly what we had hoped for. The pool area was lovely, and the beach was just a short walk away. The owners were warm and welcoming, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. As it was our honeymoon, we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special.

Pool was shared with other apartments and was always very busy. Not much room between sunbeds. Beach was fabulous though. Shower very small, but powerful. However, we would book this accommodation again as these things didn't put us off and were minor

Location great. Peaceful location and lovely large terrace overlooking garden. Only 7 rooms in the block of apartments, so nice and quiet.short walk to the beach and the main street. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and studio was spacious for two.

Would have liked some shampoo for the shower but we were told that this is not included. Very minor issue as we picked up a 5$ bottle of shampoo at the local supermarket

Great beach front location just 15 min from the city of Chania.Lovely studio with separate bedroom great for a family of 4. Fully equipped kitchen allows to have meals in your unit and save some $$ from restos especially breakfast and lunch.5 min to walk to the beach. There is a great choice of restos and shops on the Main Street. The owner Apostolis has négociated access to the pool at the adjoining hotel. You definitely want to consider this property if you are looking for a beach hotel just outside of Chania.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianthea Studios. The apartments are cleaned every day. The location is perfect, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the area. Apostolos was a great host. 10/10 would recommend ⛱️

Gianthea Studios exceeded our high expectations for facilities, cleanliness and quietness. Its location was within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and not far from the main Stalos area.

We loved everything.

We totally loved staying here, Apostolos and his wife are so nice and warm people. The day we left we felt very sorry that the vacation was over. The accomodation is just great, clean, big room, close to beach and market, all you can wish. We enjoyed everything and if one day will be back, for sure we will choose the same. I liked everything!

Everything was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and happy to help. We arrived very late and they were very accommodating. Great location across the road from the beach and a short drive away from Chania. Definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we’re in Crete :)
