Comfortable, modern, big and clean pool, spacious family room

Set on main road with not much around

The bads were uncomfortable. The tub sent out water from the main drain. Breakfast is basic and there are not too many choices.

Location for spending the night during transit. Delicious pastries despite the meager breakfast.

Perhaps we got a worn-out room. In the bathroom, the shower was leaking and it was impossible to install it in the holder because of the short hose. While taking a shower, foam came out of the drain in the center of the bathroom. The furniture was worn out. The air conditioners made more noise than they cooled. If you open the window, the mosquito net did not fix in the open position and it was impossible to use. There were stains on the bed linen, there was garbage under the bed.

Very good hotel for us on the route to Kyllini. Very good hosts, room was OK, nice restaurant nearby. Hotel has also a pool which we did not tried.

All good, good value for money, nothing to dislike.

Staff was very friendly and obliging. The pool is very large. It is a short drive into Ioannina so you are not amongst large crowds and traffic.

Clean, good for a night to stay if you are in transit

The breakfast is very basic, not much to choose from. In the room there was a funny smell, like someone had smoked there.

Wonderful greeting at reception. Our brief stay was perfect. We arrived late, were warmly welcomed, and after a quick swim and supper. We slept comfortably.

I was looking for a hotel outside the city with good facility (Parking etc ...)

For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected the staff to speak English. That wasn't the case. There was no food available on site. I was connected by phone and asked to choose between pizzas and carbonara. The food was supposed to arrive at 6 p.m. I then received a cold meal at 7:30 p.m. Although the temperature of 27 degrees Celsius would have allowed it, the pool was closed and covered with a dirty tarpaulin. Never again!!!

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for money. Although outside the city of Ioannina, there were amenities in close proximity.

Some rooms allow smoking and occasionally the odour of cigarettes was apparent in our room - just an observation rather than a complaint

Polite staff. Extremely polite and sweet staff at the breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Room found last minute and it saved us. Close to Metsovo and both ski stations.

Bed could be more comfy. But overall it was just fine.
