I loved the view 10/10, with the private outdoor tub. However my towels were stained and the room is quite outdated, but very spacious. I loved the shower pressure! Not a convenient location if you don’t have a rental, but it was perfect for a night’s stay for me.

Staff is cooperative but very stingy in terms of giving water, bathroom supplies, etc on a daily basis. When we have paid so much, the bare minimum is daily replenishment of water, coffee, and bathroom supplies which wasn’t the case with this property. The common pool water is extremely cold. This shows enough attention isn’t given on customer experience because in the early spring months of April and May, the wind is quite strong.

The view from our room was magical. We had a room with private jacuzzi and it was great to look the sunset from there.

Location is a bit isolated. Definitely need your own transport. Beds were very uncomfortable, first room the mattress was so old the springs came through. Moved to another room, the beds were a bit better. Not comfortable. Management was a.mixed experience, some were very friendly and helpful and at times extremely rude.

The location is not that good, good restaurants and other attractions are a bit far away on foot.

There is only 1 very important thing that they can improve, the mattres. Mine was all worn out, I can even feel the springs. I believe for the location, they should consider throw them out and buy new ones.

The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy just enough to start the day.

Had to get taxi’s to Oia and thira as it is not close to a bus stop and these were between 35-40 euros one way.

Nothing specific but the jacuzzi was not hot and the water in the rooms was off for a while. Could have been a shower with ample of water than light one!

The hotel desperately needs renovation (everything seems old, the quilt on our bed was dirty with spots, not all the lights worked, the bathroom was too dark because there's not enough lighting, the paint on the walls and furniture looks awful); The hostess seemed very nice at first, but she didn't really care about us. We told the hotel in advance that we are a newly wed couple and they convinced us that "they can't wait to welcome us at the place'. But on the arrival day the hostess said smth like, "Oh, we have plenty of guests with some important dates" - a good phrase to downplay our important event. Then she gave us, I guess, the most horrible junior suite which seemed a standart room because it was small, untidy and dark. We asked for another one but she told us they didn't have a free room. But thanks to the manger George the question was settled and we got a room which could have been called "junior suite". Unstable wi-fi connection

The beds were mildly uncomfortable but that’s the only down of the trip. It was amazing.

The spacious rooms, the pool area and the beautiful staff who helped my partner pull off a wonderful proposal. The staff were fabulous and helped with organizing transfers, scooters and were always so friendly. You can see the amazing sunset from the comfort of Gizis.

The Caldera view was spectacular. Beautiful place. very spacious and comfortable rooms. WE enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Easy to reach with Car.

The hot tub was warm but not hot, it overflowed and there really wasn't a response to that.

The view was unbeatable and the family suite was perfect for the four of us. The breakfast was great, fantastic view there as well. We loved being on the path where it was easy to get places by walking. It was really great for us.

Needs more areas under shade. Other than breakfast the property doesn’t serve any food which means a long walk into town for lunch.

There were a few issues with the room; not cleaned properly, not restocking toiletries & coffee. The staff were quick to fix any requests we had.

The view, the jacuzzi and pool area were amazing. Perfect spot to watch the magical santorini sunset. The room is quite spacious which was great!

There was no "do not disturb" sign so housekeeping knocked on our door 9.45am which I feel is a little early for people on vacation. Then they didn't come back so we had to ask for our room to be made up mid afternoon. Breakfast was so average for the price we paid!!! The croissants were rock hard. Definitely expected more. Our room window was right in the path of hotel passersby so we felt we couldn't hang out in our room with the curtains open.

The view was amazing and we appreciated the advice to not go to Oia for sunset as it's much better from the hotel/Imerovigli - so true!!! Andreas was very charismatic and kind - it was great seeing him every day! The pool and pool area was great and enough loungers for everyone staying.
