The property’s main advantage was the view.

We booked a Standard Double Room with Caldera View, but unfortunately, the room did not resemble the photos advertised. The shower had no curtain, and the mirror cabinet was old and outdated compared to the online pictures. The breakfast was poor, and the location, situated between Fira and Oia, makes a rental vehicle essential. Apart from the view, the only positive aspect was the attentive work of the cleaning lady.

The view at Caldera was amazing. The best in all of Santorini!

Breakfast wasn't great

I liked the view and serenity of the area, the private rooms and the helpful and friendly staff!

The location if you want to just stay at Imerovigli is not the ideal cause it demands 15 min walk on the trail . Also the bathroom was not that nice,without any natural light and it definitely needs a full renovation whatsoever. I would like better amenities (shower gel,soap,hand cream).

I loved the view 10/10, with the private outdoor tub. However my towels were stained and the room is quite outdated, but very spacious. I loved the shower pressure! Not a convenient location if you don’t have a rental, but it was perfect for a night’s stay for me.

Amazing views from the spa. Room was great with everything we needed. Step out the front and you are on the Fira to Oia walk.

Breakfast was very basic even for continental. No pastries or fruit apart from a bowl of oranges.

The views were exceptional, especially during the sunsets. Sitting in a private tub to enjoy them made the experience even better. The staff were very nice and friendly! Helpful and attentive. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and had some very good sleeps!

Breakfast needs improvement. The selection was very limited, and the food and coffee were of poor quality. I would have preferred more egg options rather than just boiled eggs. I would have liked to of seen fresh fruits such as berries, and a wider selection than just apples and oranges, as well as some salad, tomatoes, and bacon. Perhaps also some Greek dish’s in a wider selection. I also would have liked to have coffee choices, such as Greek coffee, espresso, cappuccino, or even a latte, rather than just weak filter coffee served from a metal can. Also, there was no bar at the pool to get drinks or snacks. Just did not feel up to standard of a hotel.

Great location and the sunset over the sea is beautiful. Good for the Fira to Oia hike.

The hot tub didn’t work and as I was only staying one night it couldn’t be fixed in time. Management gave no apology or offer to compensate. Ended on a bit of a downer after a nice stay. Bathroom is also so dark! Few of my lights in the room didn’t work either.

The bus does not stop at this location, but there is a lovely walkway.

Excellent location. Great views of the caldera.

Staff is cooperative but very stingy in terms of giving water, bathroom supplies, etc on a daily basis. When we have paid so much, the bare minimum is daily replenishment of water, coffee, and bathroom supplies which wasn’t the case with this property. The common pool water is extremely cold. This shows enough attention isn’t given on customer experience because in the early spring months of April and May, the wind is quite strong.
