Limited hotel service. No phone in room for any hotel room service. Had to go downstairs to reception get iron and always return it. One iron to share with whole hotel is something I haven’t seen before, would defo recommend to hotel to invest in more irons for rooms. No beach towels on first day which was disappointing, didn’t provide a solution or give any white room towels to use instead. Also sewage smell in the room needs to be looked at.

Like the bohemian vibe and interior. Breakfast was okay good, a lot of pork options which we don’t eat. Worker did kindly make us a a fresh chicken sandwich which was delicious. Plenty of parking as well.

Great location, a quiet, nice place with clean rooms and delicious food. We only spent 3 nights here, but it exceeded our expectations. The Komodoro restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the view is amazing, a great place to enjoy a nice dinner. The staff was really nice, attentive, the room was always clean and the bar next to the pool offers a great selection of cocktails - all I can do is recommend it!😊

The shower flooded quite a bit. Also there needs to be some sort of sound proofing within the rooms as you can hear everyone around you. We think someone was leaving early in morning as we could hear them knocking around with their suitcase etc waking us up.

We were upgraded to the shared pool room and it was amazing! Hot tub in room and pool outside. The bed was super comfy. The views from the room were to die for. Breakfast was also very good!

amazing views - helpful staff and fantastic suites . we stayed in the suite with private pool and found none of the issues i had read in other reviews prior to going . its off the beaten track of laganas strip , i would highly recommend hiring a car or quad if staying at the property , but the fact its away from the center helps you relax .

We just arrived home and had a great time at the hotel. However, there are a few points we’d like to bring to your attention to improve the hotel’s overall experience. We believe that when you pay 100%, the hotel should also be 100%. We have asked the hotel for compensation because of this, but they haven't given us a reply other than that they are aware of it and there will be renovations. On the first night, there was a leak from the ceiling, leaving a large puddle of water on the floor in room 305. The housekeeper entered the room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being on. The showerhead in the room is rusty and seems like it has not been cleaned. Three toilets in the breakfast area are out of order, and the one that works cannot be locked. The fried eggs at breakfast are always cold. There’s no towel on the fresh bread for cutting. The coffee and juice served at breakfast are not fresh. There’s a limited variety of tea, and the tea box is messy. There’s clutter with boxes and pillows in the breakfast area. The pillows in the breakfast area are nice, but they’re never placed on the chairs. It’s also unclear if guests are allowed to take them. The swimming pool is dirty. The bridges near the pool are broken. The jacuzzi by the pool is out of order. Some of the planks near the seating area by the bar are loose, with exposed screws that could hurt someone’s bare feet. The trash bin near the loungers at the Tropics Bar was overflowing and never emptied. Some of the planks near the loungers at the Tropics Bar are loose. Upon arrival, there was no orientation or explanation about the hotel. It wasn’t until three days later that we discovered the hotel has a beach and beach bar downstairs. I also booked a massage, and despite repeatedly telling the masseuse that she was hurting me and asking her to reduce the pressure, she continued, insisting it was necessary. At times, I had to physically push her hands away.

The pool wasn’t clean enough, breakfast wasn’t good enough for the price, room had some things missing e.g hooks for towels, shampoo & shower gel were not replenished. Generally the hotel grounds were a little tatty - wouldn’t have minded but the hotel is quite expensive.

There were some minor things for me that I didn’t like but these did not affect our rating. Our room specifically was missing some small practical things like a soap hanger and a rack to hang your clothes. The staff I think might have been overwhelmed as they had to work double shifts every day, but this is a common issue nowadays as there is no staff available for work at horeca. Although they were working hard they were keeping their smiles and were friendly which I can appreciate. There were some parts that needed a bit of attention like screws hanging out from wooden floors at the beach patio. This is a family owned hotel and I think they are renovating every year bit by bit, but there should be a maintenance person on standby for these things.

The property is situated in an amazing location close to the busy Laganas area and on a cliff which gives it this fantastic panoramic view! It has its own little beach and a picturesque small beach bar that is just the perfect area to drink your coffee every morning! We got a room with sea view and it was indeed as it was advertised, a balcony with no obstacles and a clean wide view of the sea and the island across the hotel! All the staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. We loved the interactions. Our room was cleaned every day and even the cleaning ladies were so friendly and with a smile every day. Moreover, for those that know of mattresses, the brand was Cocomat and of exceptional quality plus hypoallergenic and made from sustainable material from the ocean. Really well thought of and not your average cheap hotel pillows/mattresses. Lastly, there is a water scarcity on the island, but I have to give cudos to the owners because they were bringing almost every day trucks with fresh water so that the hotel doesn’t run out! Well done!

Excellent place with direct access to the sea, great beach bar with good food and very nice restaurant with good food and great view. The owner is a lovely lady that I was very happy to get to know. Boat rental service was also great and definitely reccomend it.

There were a few areas on cleanliness in the rooms that needed addressing e/g slow water drainage in the shower which meant it would flood very quickly so we could only have like 2 minute showers. Also there’s a button u can press to say yes or no to cleaning and if no was pressed they still let themselves in and done it anyway which was abit of an invasion of privacy. Towels and bedding had a couple of stains on. The staff were very very slow with the service in the restaurant.

The pictures were beautiful and so we thought it would be too good to be true but it was just as amazing in person as in the pictures! The manager Irene was exceptional, very friendly and always checking to make sure everything was okay with our food/stay she went above and beyond! It was a pleasure chatting with Irene and getting to know her! We would go back because she was very attentive and lovely. The reception staff were also really helpful and welcoming and spoke good English!

The main pool is dated and unfortunately was the hang out place. Though why they sat by the pool when the sunbeds on the beach and tropic bar were available is a mystery.

- I believe this hotel could even be 5* with some additional cleaning and maintenance efforts. Although the 90% of the hotel territory looks clean and neat yet there are some areas which needs cleaning and renovation, mainly the toilet in the restaurant which doesn’t look nice and doors lockers are broken. Sun beds could benefit from some occasional cleaning as well. But it looks like the hotel is in process of being further renovated. - the cleaning lady would knock the door and enter without waiting for the answer even when the “please do not disturb “ sign was on. It happened literally almost every day - the main pool is indeed a bit dull but from other hand, it looked great at night - the infinity pool is indeed reserved for the suit rooms

- First of all, the sea. Crystal clear water; nice sandy entrance. We spotted turtles several times! - private beach. The beach is small but very picturesque. There were always enough of sun beds available; we really liked the ones located in the natural shadow of banana trees on the terraces - we booked a room with a direct sea view, and it was totally worth it: the view on the turtle island was amazing -nice breakfast -friendly staff. Natasha at the reception was very helpful - great location: not far from Zakynthos capital yet in a tranquil place far away from crowds. There are several tavernas in a walking distance, a great mini market which has literally everything combined with a Koukla coffee -Koukla beach and village are also close:about 20 min walk - we loved the design of the hotel: it reminded us the Caribbean - room cleaning was ok In general: this is a hotel we would like to go back one day and can recommend to friends - the pools were cleaned every day by a robot cleaner
