There could be more atmosphere in the evening it was quite quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing and it could really do with a refresh. Lacking fresh fruit, granola, yoghurts, pastries, fresh juices and sourdough etc. There were no hot buffet selections which we thought was crazy! The menu you can order from also needs improvement. Staying there for more than a few nights makes it so repetitive. Would’ve been great if there was a gym and spa to make it more of a 5 star experience. Lastly, being told we have to pay €45 for beds on the beach is ridiculous!! This should be included for hotel guests and only external guests should to charged. As the hotel is under new management I think it’s important to take these elements into account following renovations and improvements.

It’s in a lovely location directly on the beach but you definitely need a car to get around if staying here. The decor and vibe of the hotel was very aesthetic and the rooms were so spacious! Our sea view room was stunning but the bathroom needs a bit of a refresh, lovely clarins products in the room which was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and willing to make the stay enjoyable, had lots of recommendations for boat tours, best beaches and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and the beach food menus / drinks were great - good hotel if you want to just relax and chill.

Hotel guest are charged for the sun beds at the beach 50 eur first 2 lines and 30 afterwards. That’s a steal Also the location is far from anything else so there’s not much on walking distance

Hotel is beautifully decorated, it was close to the beach and the restaurant was nice offering good variety dor breakfast and also dinner. I find it quite pricey but also quality is good, personal was extremely nice and attentive There is a boat rental at the beach and you can easily go to nearby beaches on the south cost which are absolutely stunning

There is a cost to use the beds on the beach (even after the new management have taken over) - over €50 for the front rows and over €30 for the back rows if you are staying at the hotel (more for external guests). I’ve never seen any hotel in the world charging guests and thought the new management team would have taken this feedback onboard from previous guest reviews. There was no wifi when we arrived at the hotel. We asked for mugs to be sent to the room - nothing arrived for 30 minutes. Called reception back and spoke to Kiki who should not be allowed to be guest facing, extremely rude manner - she cut the phone on me and didn’t even apologise for the delay. The hotel was pretty empty throughout the day and although they are trying to make it better from the old management, it really lacks any soul or vibe. The staff are not attentive or friendly despite the venue being empty the service was slow and very basic. We could also smell sewage from our balcony, we had to move rooms at 3am because the pipe in the wall was making noise and there were ants in the room. Overall the standard of this hotel is not luxury or premium, there’s a real lack of attention to the guest experience, the finishing of the rooms and the quality of the service from the staff. So, I would not say it’s worth the price they are charging. The location is also very remote so you will definitely need a car as there is nothing around the hotel.

The breakfast options are good and you can customise the a la carte menu. The pool area and the beds are really nice and peaceful. The beach views were nice and the hotel has a restaurant and also a bar/cafe by the sea. The hotel manager (I think Vicki) went out of her way to help improve our stay which we appreciated. The chef in the kitchen was also incredibly sweet!

The district from town and they only had a cafe until 7 and there was only one restaurant close bye there was no atmosphere

The rooms very lovely and big pool lovely breakfast was ok but the same everyday beach out front was beautiful. Needed a car wash too far from the city centre and very isolated from everything would definitely stay closer to town next time.

It was a little older and therefore showed signs of aging compared to a more modern and fresh hotel though the cleaning staff attended to rooms daily so it was not too noticeable.

We had a car so didn’t worry about the distance. We felt the place was quite soulless.

Far away from Adamantas but with a beautiful beach on the door step. Good facilities. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. The swimming pools were nice and clean.

This hotel is lovely but a bit isolated so you definitely need a car or scooter to get around. The hotel will organise a rental car to be brought to you though which is handy. The buses that service the area of Provatas only leave 3 times a day so not at all easy to get out and about. Room was comfortable with a big deck. Breakfast was exceptional and there was plenty of it.

Couldve had more interaction with the staff

It was lovely - our stay was quite brief but the accommodation was clean and beautifully located - right by the beach and what a beautiful little beach it was. The food thats close by was great and the access to breakfast everyday was great. Good options for food.

The amenities were lacking. Although the breakfast was adequate there was no restaurant facilities on site. There was no lounges or bar facility in house (except for a limited beach bar which closed early) There was only one restaurant in the vicinity and one has to travel to the port city for any facilities. Finally the prices were exorbitant even for peak season and in comparison with adjacent properties and can only be justified due to shortage of accommodation on the island.

Minimal Bar and Restaurant facilities - I'd expect more for a 4* rated hotel. Nothing available in the evening and therefore thankful for Muses Restaurant very close-by. Ferry transfer booked by hotel was grossly overpriced at €60 one-way. We got the company, MilosTransfer card and booked return directly at €25. Explanation by hotel reception for the large margin of difference was laughable.

Hotel location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet getaway. You will completely switch off here. Rooms are spacious, water was hot and in-room facilities were good. Complimentary water and wine was gratefully received. Staff were courteous and helpful

The beds with separate in the middle of the night.  So our queen size bed was actually just two twins put together. Also, we were guests of the hotel, who also ran the beach club. The beach club would charge us extra for the sun beds. As guests of the hotel, we felt that the sun bed should not be charged to us, but to those that are only visiting the beach not staying here. the pools were nice, but did not look like what was in photos, and the bar area is not a stocked bar, all drinks came from the beach club area and the server did not come around to as if we wanted drinks or food. Shame as this property could be 5star property with the proper employee training.

The property was perfectly located next to the beach. Had plenty of parking. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is very far out from everything. This means you need to rent a car or get a taxi which is expensive. The pool bar is OK for during the day for snacks and drinks but there is not place for dinner. Cleaners also came early to the bedrooms (once were woke ay 8.30am to a cleaner coming in) but once they know you're there they leave until you leave the room

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. Hotel situated on a beautiful beach and hotel also has a great pool. Everything was clean and facilities were great.
