Grand Forest Metsovo is truly a dream destination! The hotel impresses with its elegance, impeccable cleanliness, and breathtaking mountain views. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and the restaurant serves delicious local dishes. The spa and the peaceful atmosphere perfectly complete the experience. What truly makes the difference is Mr. Tolis – a true ambassador of hospitality. Always smiling, attentive to every detail, and ready to help with anything, he turns your stay into an unforgettable memory. We also had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman who took us horse riding – incredibly kind and friendly, making the experience even more special. Thanks to them and the entire team, Metsovo remains a special place for us, one we will gladly return to.

Excellent location for a peaceful retreat but close to Metsovo. Accommodation is contemporary and comfortable, beds are wonderful. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent.

This is a lovely hotel. Location in the forests of Metsovo is perfect. The staff were excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and spacious. The linen and towels were in a very good condition. The food (breakfast) was fabulous. The view is spectacular.

The hotel is "spread out" so it takes a few minutes from the room to the other areas, but not too bad

The view was amazing, so were the Jaquzi and the indor pool. There was tea in the pool area and relaxing music, it was great. Also the breakfast was a huge varaity of vegan fruits yogert etc.

You have to book for the use of sauna and Hamam in the SPA area and also it is charged with 25 euro /person which is unheard of... The fireplace in the room is not a real fireplace , but an ethanol burning device with fake wood... not really warming or cosy. it kinda lacks the meaning of having a fireplace in a 5* mountain resort and is a bit smelly too... Should have more pastry products (croissant-danish etc) available during an otherwise perfect,varied and delicious breakfast

We had a pleasant, relaxing stay in great location, enjoyed the view and fire place in the lobby. Breakfast were complex and satisfying, dinner was also very good. Enjoyed our truffle hunting.

The water were flowing from the shower and the bathmat was soaked in water every time we took a shower. I would also rather it would be an adult only hotel

Our stay at the Grand Forest Hotel in Metsovo was great. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern yet full of warmth, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. The burning fireplace at the lobby was so beautiful and kept us warm in the cold weather. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. We had a complimentary 30 minutes private appointment at the heated pool while overlooking the serene landscape. It was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. We also treated ourselves to a massage at their spa, and it was one of the most relaxing treatments we ever had—the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

I valued everything. Just because I’m a detailed oriented person, I would suggest to add a bit more amenities and Thea in the room as an extra option for those who can’t take caffeine.

We value rest and disconnection the most when we travel for leisure. We have high standards when it comes to this price point, which were met along the way. The contact with the nature, the design was exquisite and the food was delicious.

The jacuzzi wasn't warm enough, and for this time of the year, it was a little bit cold

Showers: One shower door doesn’t close properly, and the other has a strange sliding door setup between the bathroom and shower area. The stone shower floor doesn’t drain well, leaving standing water. Restaurant: Small, pricey "fancy" dishes, and service is very slow. Accessibility: Not stroller- or handicap-friendly, with many unnecessary stairs and no ramp at the main entrance. Room Lighting: Dim lighting throughout the room. Indoor Pool: Only allows children from 10-12 a.m., making it difficult to use when outdoor weather is unsuitable.

Location & View: Stunning views and excellent location. Beds: Very comfortable. Room Size: Spacious and accommodating. Breakfast: Excellent with a large variety of options. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Parking: Plenty of available parking at all times.
