I think they use too much perfume fragrance diffusers in lobby. They should omit or ease up because some people would be sensitive to the scents.

The staff were amazing, helping with any request we had and super friendly. Breakfast food quality was very high. Location is great, just 5 minutes walking from center, and 2 minutes from Hondos mall and shopping center

There was a decorative Hippopotamus in our room, it is way too big and takes a lot of space. Also, refill of the coffee would be nice. The location is not too bad, but also not very close to the central area, at least by foot.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. No noise from other rooms or from the street. The breakfast was good and generous. Above all, the staff at reception desk and in the restaurant is very nice and professional, always helpful if needed. Located beside the city hall, maybe 10 or 15 minutes from Plaka and Parliament. I would return to this hotel.

As housekeeping starts early second floor due to the Housekeeping room's proximity, might be a bit noisy but not bothered us much.

This is our third stay with the Hotel. Kind staff. Incredibly rich breakfast, great coffee and local produced fresh food. super nice rooms. Location is incredibly well to most places. 10 min walk to Monastraki, and 15 -20 to Kolonaki.Internet is fast as well. Concierge also super helpful

Lifts are very small and dated, but the staff were super offering to bring our cases up for us as we couldn’t comfortably fit all in 1 lift (2 people 2 cases)

Travelling for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The staff went out of their way to make it special, and were very friendly and helpful, even helping us print out our booking for the ferry for the next part of our trip. Breakfast was so delicious, fresh and a great range of options. Rooms were spacious and comfy, with minimal noise from outside or nearby rooms. Fully recommend.

Couldn’t quite get to grips with the air conditioning

I liked the friendly knowledge staff. So clean and well run. Breakfast was great, fresh and so much variety. Room was large yet felt comfortable. Great shower hot water all the time.

Great breakfast and extremely nice staff, however- the room windows don't have mosquito nets and the AC can not be turned on during winter, so you're forced to either deal with mosquitos all over your room or the heat from the room's insulation due to keeping the windows closed,, the staff were nice enough to provide me with a fan and mosquito repellents, however this was already after I've got bitten dozens of times...
